Nice course very pricey for avg layout played here 3xs this winter walked off the course twice due to slow play

Great practice area, forgiving off the tee and very challenging green complexes. Playing a little later in the day with discounted greens fees is the best bet. For for the budget conscious golfer

All was good. Wide fairways ,course was in fantastic shape. The only kicker was the greens. Super fast and undulating Lots of 3 putts for our foursome. Pin placements were never on flat ground. We could all get there but getting in was challenging. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful coarse better than some of the private clubs I played in Florida.

The greens are a little tough however it made me feel like I was home in Western PA. with the angulation of them.

I’m a Lakewood Ranch resident and have played heAzario many times. Each time the course is in impeccable shape. Nearly impossible to get a bad lie…..even in rough. Pace of play was right at four hours. Prices in LWR have gone out of control so the price to play is what it is. There are becoming less and less courses for outside public play in LWR area. Azario will go private as well in probably two years when development is built out. Only gripes about the place is the greens are too tricked out. They need flattened and cut differently. Also - aloe outside members to access Bahama Bar for a drink and food for goodness sakes. You gladly took the $129 to play the course…why not allow access to wall next door for a pre or post round drink and food?

Great course. Had Great landing areas to drive the ball. Greens were tough but fair. Carts were plush. My only negative was driving range. You drive into water and the balls float. Probably done this way for lack of space. Would definitely play this course again.

The course was in great condition. The fairways were green with no bald spots and the greens were fairly fast and true. It’s pretty wide open so it’s good for a rusty golfer from up north and suited my long hitting son-in-law. The greens are firm and hard to hold but the layout allows you to land short and roll up.

Very nice layout not to tough tee to green. Green are well manicured run true and big with undulations. The club house and the bar area by the pool are very nice.

Love the course but the greens are a little too hilly in my opinion... 10 is like a putt putt course set up... if they reworked the greens slightly the course would be awesome...

Played Azario again, recommend playing before it goes private. Some silly/funky greens but a great layout. Greens were a little bumpy but overall consistent and true

Course was in in great shape throughout. The only blemish was the greens did not hold shots into them, even with a wedge using a pro-v. Some of the greens had way too many undulations making some putts near impossible. If they flattened some greens somewhat (especially 10) the course would be great. Rumor is this course will go private, so get out there soon before it's too late.
