Golfer Reviews
Beautiful course
The course is amazing and very well maintained. Layout was very thoughtful. Plenty of wildlife as well. Only complaint we all had was that the greens were like playing at a mini golf. Like rolling hills, and the cups placed right on the edges..so, even a soft putt that would normally land next to the hole...will just keep on rolling away down and usually off the green. Other than that...beautiful course.
All things must end I guess
I have played this course 25 times in past 3 yrs but it will hard to go back
Course is looking a bit rough - I get alot of rounds but at 130$ per round expect better
And the noise and very very loud music coming from he construction sites in the course and too much
The only saving grace is I dis not buy a house here
It has fallen from an above avg course with fair value to a overpriced below average zoo of a golf course
Save ur money better course to play of u are willing to spend $125*
Trickiest Greens I've played on!
Firstly, let me say as a visitor from the UK this is not an easy course to find. Sat Nav. took us to Esplanade gate house but, that wasn't the Azario course or entrance & despite directions from the gate keeper, it took us another half hour to find, so give yourself plenty of time!
The course itself is fairly new with lots of building works going in between some holes but do not let that put you off, the course itself was in good condition, fairways & bunkers well maintained for a new course, the greens however certainly took some getting used to.
The undulations are a real challenge & makes making par difficult. I was also convinced the surface of the greens was artificial as it felt almost mat like but that didn't stop the ball rolling very quickly & true if you got the line right.
Definitely a course I would play again as it matures and good value for the price as an afternoon tee time & the pace was the best of the 5 rounds we played whilst on holiday.
Awesome layout; greens need recovery
I’ve been playing this course the last couple years and it quickly became a favorite of ours. We played 2.13.24 and the greens are slow and chewed up. I’m not sure if people are dragging their feet on the green or if people are not repairing their ball mark or both, but the quality of their greens is currently 5/10. It’s an awesome layout, but the greens are not rolling smooth or consistently at the moment.
Great course, challenging greens.
One of the best public courses condition wise I’ve played in the winter in Florida. The greens are very undulated yet roll true. Depending on the pin be positions, they will challenge even the best of them. Still building the golf community all around the course. It would be a place I wouldn’t mind living and belonging to. Definitely recommend checking this course out! If I had to guess, it will eventually be private once the community is established.
Good condition - will play agaon
Enjoyed the layout of the course. Wide open for some errant shots. Bunkers were nice with sand vs dirtike other surrounding courses. Greens were fast and difficult to stop on some holes. Staff was nice. Would play again for sure. Golf pass had great deals here.
