About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Dubs dread
Check make sure they don't have a party planned at the restaurant, got there half hour before my t time absolutley no place to park had to pay for valet parking. Course itself was ok ,pace good ranger good guy cart person very friendly
Pleasantly surprised
Very friendly staff, and liked the layout. A lot of roll even to miss hits, not as plush as some of the higher price courses but good value for the fee. We enjoyed it and will return. Also the greens were nicely manicured as well.. also, set in a beautiful old time area of quaint homes from the past. We’ll definitely return.
Old course, fun to play
The course is in good shape, short but challenging, lots of water. Greens are running fast and rolling true. Busy day we finished as it was getting dark.

It was fairy good course to play except there are 4 par three holes 14-17 in a row which caused the back up at the end of the 18 holes course.

One of a few bargains in the area. Traffic to and from is terrible. Nice round.
More Consideration Required
The course was in very good condition and the staff were very friendly. Past experience has been awesome; however, this time was no good. They had an on-course lesson with six people on the holes ahead, discussing and evaluating things. Why would they schedule this mid-day (at high time) and why wouldn't they wave following groups through? Frustrating.
A Great Old Course
Had a great day here. A little cool start but it warmed up nicely. Fairways, tees and greens were all in great shape. Greens are medium speed and pretty true. Lots of trouble if you don't hit straight off the tees. Par 3 over the water is fun!! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Started at 1:40pm and didn't think we'd get it in, but we did, with 10 minutes to spare before we lost the light. Will definitely play again!
