About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Course in good condition. The greens were in great shape. I enjoyed my day with the people I was pared with.
Very good course for money, short but challenging
The pace was slow. Green and fairway were pretty well maintained. A lot of fun!
Nice historic public course
This course is fairly well maintained considering the large volume of play it gets. One of the better public courses in the area but certainly not one of the nicest you can play in the area. As with the volume of play, the tee boxes are chewed up but the fairways and greens are in pretty good shape. The sandtraps are actually in very good condition.
Great Experience
Course is in great condition. Convenient location and enjoyed the restaurant afterwards.
A hidden gem in the middle of Downtown Orlando
I had never played here and based on this one experience I would definitely return. The course has a lot of water (almost every hole) that comes into play on most shots, particularly drives. The greens were very good, but also quite fast. They have a nice golf range and a really nice restaurant on property for an after round meal. Pricing is in line with expectations for a municipal course. Overall course condition is in line with a well used muni course. But the fareways, greens and most T boxes were in good shape. If you approach this course as a very solid muni I think you will have a good time.

Old style course
The greens were perfect, really could not have been better. Fairways were good for this time of year, rough was sparse but a fun track worth the money.

Great bunkers and greener than most
bunkers maintained as well as some higher end courses. For winter conditions didn't get mud on ball like many area courses. GPS included,great value golf.
