About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Don’t miss this one!
If you are in the area this is worth checking out. An old established track with plenty of challenges for every golfer. The course is well maintained and greens are in excellent condition. It does get a loypt of play so it may be a bit slow at times but well worth the wait. Follow your round with lunch or dinner at the pub, you won’t be disappointed!
I would recommend to my friends and look forward to playing again soon.
One of the better cheaper/value public courses you will play
Nice course a little shorter but tight in some spots challenging at times. Greens are in pretty good shape right now while a lot of other courses in Florida area are having problems.
Overbooked on a Saturday
We had to take a rain check. Management had a junior golf event on a Saturday and didn’t anticipate the response. We had 5 groups ahead of us at the scheduled tee time and the pace of play projected to over 5 hours. No refund offered,only rain checks.
First round of the year
Very nice course but still not in summer shape I imagine it is gorgeous in season.
Great greens
Greens were in great shape and the course played well. Some shots off the tee were tight so you have to hit good shots.
Challenging but fun
Great course. Tight fairways on some holes Felt the front 9 was tougher than the back 9. Staff was excellent. From check-in to Master Starter....awesome! Our first time playing there and both welcomed us to the course, brief history of the course and explained the layout.
Will be back!
Great course
Really behind schedule on tee times. Only complaint is we waited 50 mins past our tee time to be able to start. Other than that everything was great. Restaurant was great too
Great course
Easy course to get to of the the highway. Excellent course and in great shape, greens are on the fast side but also well maintained. Enjoyed the group we were paired with. Definitely will be back.

Great deal and fun course
This course was in great condition, really awesome for a public course. Cool driving range and practice facility and a nice clubhouse resteraunt. No complaints at all about conditions. When I played it was windy and the pins were tough. Lots of sand and water but it's a fairly short course. Definitely tough my first time around but I feel like you can score on it once you get a feel. I'd recomenend taking less than drivers on most par 4s even from the tips. But a solid course to play for sure.
