Fast Greens
Excellent round of golf. Fairways and greens in very good condition. Greens were fast. Great staff at the pro shop.
Fun with a good amount of challenge
The course is in great condition. The greens were firm and a little fast. Nice open layout with enough challenge for everyone.
Great back 9
Weather was a little cold when we teed off, but then the sun came out. I’d read on the reviews that the greens were a little slow last week, but today they were a good pace. There was a lot of wind on the back 9 which is always a challenge & it was again. If you hit your ball in the water on the back 9, don’t go & get it as there are some big lizards sunning themselves on the pond banks. overall a great day
Pace of play was terrible the group in front of ours was two and a half holes behind the group in front of them no ranger to speed things up
Slow play today
Course is in very good condition although greens were very slow.
Lots of golfers out today which made for slow pace of play. No fault of the course just slow golfers.
Golfer friendly, wide open and long.
This course is a gem! I have been playing here for years and saw it develop from so so to a great place to play.
Everything about the course is great. Great greens that roll really nice, fairways long and well maintained. They have done a great job on this course and should be proud of their accomplishments . I love playing this course and travel 63 miles one way from Jacksonville, Fl for the experience. they also have a well stocked pro shop for buying needs.(tax free).
Was not able to play course was not letting carts out walking only be a disabled vet I’m unable to walk 18 holes course said no exception cancelled t time golf now said no refund unless course is closed
Fun course
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly accommodating people. A no frills place, but course is interesting and challenging, but playable. Winter conditions mean more roll, but tee boxes, greens and fairways are in good condition. Though the course is on the US Navy sub base, its open to all, with special rates to active military and vets.
Quiet, pretty surroundings with bird filled lagoons make for an enjoyable golf experience.
Hidden Gem
Played this course for the first time and totally loved it.
Pro shop very helpful and friendly. Great course layout.
Generous fairways & fast greens. A real hidden gem....

Great Value
My wife and I played the course in perfect weather.
The greens rolled well.
If anything the fairways are too wide. It was hard to get in trouble.
The course seemed to begin on the 12th hole. Water came into play. Shots were a little more demanding.
