About
The golf course at Fairways Country Club is a short course but it is quite unforgiving. Water hazards come into play on fifteen of the eighteen holes of the course. The greens are small and tight and they are in excellent condition. There are also strategically placed bunkers situated throughout as well for extra challenge. The signature hole of the course is the par-5 5th hole, which has water on both sides of the fairway and it also runs across it 100 yards from the green. The course has three sets of teeboxes to accommodate different abilities and handicaps.

great value, nice layout, great pace of play, fun course!
I like this course
I play the course three or four times a month ….I find it quite challenging…. it’s relatively short but you absolutely have to be accurate with your shots ….big hitters usually have difficulties ….it’s more of an iron course for people who can really drive the ball great distance ….friendly people usually plays pretty quick except for this time of the year because of all the retirees but well worth checking out
Short course but not easy
Very good greens and most tee boxes. Fairways still a bit bare . Plenty of water for difficulty. Played here more than once and pace of play very good.

Course was wet but greens were in good condition and fairways were reasonable. Lots of water.
Greens are not Green!
First and last time playing. Course is in need of some water and grass. Greens were mostly bare and stoney.
Great place and peaceful. The price is extremely cheap for this great course. My only comment would be that they closed at 5:45pm, but they let me stay until 6:15pm, making me able to finish my round.
Unable to PLAY......
We were unable to play due to the fact that my wife got very sick right after breakfast. We drove to the course from Kissimmee hoping she would be feeling better. however, it didn't pan out. Explained at the club house and we drove back to the condo. Much to my dismay.
Great value.
Fun course with plenty' of water! Only issue is locals playing too slow and not allowing byou to play through. Had tobeait on back nine on every hole even though the foursome had no one in front of them.
Would be good to have a ranger or phone # to call for slow play.
But enjoy the course!
Not well run
course doesnt understand what happens when you start on the back 9 and then there is a line when you start the front 9
Excellent price
Booked round on Tee Off, couldn't pass up the $10 price to walk 18 holes. There are some holes on this course that are in fantastic shape. Then there are a couple of holes that were horrible. One in particular had a 50 foot swath of bare dirt that went from one side of the fairway to the other. There was not one single blade of grass in that 50 foot section. The pace of play was slow but that is to be expected as this course is inside a retirement community. All in all, it was worth the $10 and I would play again at that price, but not for even a dollar more.
Awesome greens
Let’s face it, it’s a $13 18hikes round. Most of FLfairways are my good. But this course has AWESOME greens. Roll really nice and are really well maintained
