Fairways Country Club
About
The golf course at Fairways Country Club is a short course but it is quite unforgiving. Water hazards come into play on fifteen of the eighteen holes of the course. The greens are small and tight and they are in excellent condition. There are also strategically placed bunkers situated throughout as well for extra challenge. The signature hole of the course is the par-5 5th hole, which has water on both sides of the fairway and it also runs across it 100 yards from the green. The course has three sets of teeboxes to accommodate different abilities and handicaps.

Super short
Super short course, easy to score. Good conditions. No one was out there on a weekday morning. It’s in a 55+ Community so I’d imagine it would play slow if there were people out there.
Great value for your money
I really enjoyed playing this course for the first time. Course located inside gated high end mobile home community. Green and fairways in good condición. Course is short but a great place to practice shots and improve your skills.
Surprisingly good shape
Been awhile since we played. Course was in surprisingly good shape.tee boxes and greens had been redone and are not fully grown in but still very good shape
Hidden little gem.
Price was affordable. Found a deal on GolfNow. Pace of play was quick. The course layout is wonderful. Some challenging par 5’s. And a couple really good looking par 3’s you’re hitting over some water. Some holes were in better shape than others, however the crews were out and working which is more than I can say for other local courses. The pandemic seems to have hit the Orlando golf courses especially hard. Rio Pinar seems to be getting back to business. Give it a few more months and I think the course could be in fine shape. I will be back. Sooner than later!
Worst course I’ve ever played
Well let me start by saying I don’t usually leave reviews! But after reading the reviews for this course we decided to make the 40 minute drive to give it a try! It started off with the front gate it would not open and when we called the pro shop it kept telling us there was a technical error and and hung up on us! After 10 minutes waiting for the gate to go up and people behind us blowing their horns we were able to enter the neighborhood and why they need a gate is beyond me horrible trailer park in really bad shape! So the reviews I read had to have been written by the neighbors because this was the worst shape course I ever played! Golf Now you should not continue to offer this course on your website! Scary neighborhood and terrible conditions!
Great Round
Everything is so clean there. Had a friend join me that had never played there before and loved it.
Fun Track
Greens in great shape / a little tricky course well cared for.
Great course, great staff
The course was a great layout. I found it fun yet challenging to play on. Extremely laid back and easy going.
Nathan Garner
Good course but the greens didn’t seem that well kept and too many par 3s
Fine
Nice old Florida course. Nothing fancy. Probably didn't get as much play as most of the other courses because it's in a gated 55+ community.
The Greens are in Excellent Shape
The majority of the greens were in excellent shape. Fairways well kept. Enjoyed my round.
Great Value & Great Time
Emebedded within a modular home residential community this course is a nice addition to the rotation,
