About
The Country Club of Miami, located near residential areas, boasts two courses, the East Course and the West Course. Both golf courses at the club have seen many famous players including Jackie Gleason, Bob Hope, and Jack Nicklaus. The West Course features rolling greens as well as many strategically placed bunkers. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The course is very well maintained and provides a good game for players of any skill level. Conveniently, the golf club has a large pitting, putting, and chipping area where golfers can work on their short game and there is also a grass driving range.

it's ok
This course is ok a little expensive for the conditions, back nine very difficult lot's of water, it gets vert fustrating, you might score a 44 on the front and a 54 in the back, if your a average golfer like me you might be lucky if you break 100

Nice course for the money
One down fall for this place, the 4 some in front of us from hole one took there sweet time on every hole with no regard for the people behind them....THIS LEFT A VERY BIG BACK-UP. Spoke to the ranger on the 15th hole, he said he asked them to pick it up...that did not happen. It took us that long to get a ranger to even say something..There needs to be someone out there monitoring the course.. Almost 5hours to play is just to long!!!
You have got it right!!!!!
Now were talking. Great day of golf. Never had to wait after a shot, green and fairways are great, the support staff are all wonderful. What a way to spend a day!!!!!!
Disappointing Experience
Given the name of the course, a Robert Trent Jones design, and the first PGA tourney that Jack played in, I had a high level expectation. I step up to the range and it is very poorly maintained. I hit balls for a bit and have plenty of time before my tee time and then go to the starter to find out that a bunch of four somes are going to be teeing off and I better get ahead of them. I was put off by that. The course was a nice layout, but the conditions were not great. We got to the back nine and found a few groups of 5 ahead of us...
great value
Tee boxes could use some work here and there. The green are in great Condition and fast! Offers some difficulty especially from the tips. Overall great value for this time of the year.
Good value golf
Course in good shape with nice greens playing fast and true. The course is quite a tight but interesting set up. There is a slightly dated feel to the club and course but at the price it is excellent value golf and for that reason can be recommended.
Great course
We played the east course, which is a little more forgiving if you're a beginner. Still was challenging and fun day of golf
The greens were a bit bumpy
It is a good value for your money, specially during the high season for Miami, FL. Although the greens were at a nice speed, they were a little bit bumpy in some areas. Overall, this course is like I said, a good value for your buck!
For the price, a good quality golf course...pace of play was excellent
We went in peak holiday time at 1pm (but not weekend) and were able to complete the round in just under 3.5 hours for 3 people...pretty quick.
The course was in pretty good shape...water and trouble bunkers on almost all holes...a little flat though.
I would play again for the price and pace of play.

Nice layout, challenging yet entertaining, water on the left and OB on the right (mostly) and tricky green.

It is actually the 4th course I played on and it was great. Greens were pretty well maintained. I had a magnificent time in this golf course.
Tough course to play for the first time.
The course is longer than I thought, on top of not playing well that day. Pleasantly surprised by the pace of the greens. Had a hard time picking the appropriate club off the tee.
Fun and challenging to play here
The course is in very good condition. Fast and slope Greens. It's a very busy course so it's kind of slow.

The course is Average in every sense of the word. Staff is dismissive if you are not a regular. They have an East and a West course. Exact comments for each course... More Average. Would only recommend if alternate courses aren't available for the tee times wanted.
