Dobson Ranch Golf Course is an enjoyable track suitable for all ages and abilities. The course has generous fairways and large greens. There is an abundance of forestry; not only are there trees lining the fairways but they are also situated throughout, making accuracy top priority. There are also water hazards and bunkers to look out for. Dobson Ranch Golf Course has a reputation for being immaculately kept and consistently being in excellent condition. On the premises there is also a convenient lighted driving range as well as other practice facilities. There is also a pro shop that carries a full line of discounted professional golf equipment.

Nice old school golf course
Course in decent shape for a mid priced muni. Greens are good. Pace of play just over 4 hours. Friendly staff.
Did what it said on the tin
Enjoyed the course.
Use a coloured ball on 9 and 10. Stray range balls!
Water in play on a few holes.
Not a flat green on the course.
About 20 min.delay for no apparent reason so was pleasantly surprised that we finished in 4
Hrs and 10. Course in good shape overall with some challenging holes. Will come back often for the right price

Everything was great.
They must do something about the 10th hole.
Driving range balls landing on 10th fairway ( not just a few ) are just plain dangerous
Overall Impressive
We found the course conditions to be very good. Beware on some holes there are canals, sometimes not readily visible from the tee. Greens generally in good shape.
Slow play, poor management
Showed up and was informed that they were about 20mins behind on the tee box at the moment. How do you let that happen at a course? It was cheap for the time of the year but we played 15 holes behind a five some. No ranger or employee to monitor pace of play. Holes 9 and 10 are LITTERED with range balls so even if you hit the fairway, good luck finding your ball. Will not be coming back here.
Golf trip Feb 2025
A really great course to start the golf trip. Relaxed. Super nice staff. Awesome range and bays. Course itself is average. The staff and atmosphere 5 stars.
Best value for money!
We were the first group out in the day, so we had no issues with pace of play. The course is in great condition and definitely a great course for the money. We will definitely play again if we are back in Phoenix!!!

Being a local and having a course acknowledge you are from the area and not gauging your wallet is great! Course was great, staff even better and they will get my business from here on out.
Some of these other courses who are charging over 150 bucks should be ashamed of themselves
Liked course and atmosphere not pleased with practice balls on course.
Liked the course, however very disappointed in the range balls on course especially on 10 and 18 we spent a lot of time looking for our balls even in the fairway. We had one person lose balls. Should use yellow balls for practice or put up nets.
Fun round and NOT slowed by the Good Good guys
When I saw that the Good Good guys were teeing off two groups before me, I was a bit worried it’d slow down. But happily they played relatively quickly and were nice to boot. My group finished in 3hrs 48 minutes which is pretty phenomenal for one of the most crowded munies in the Phx area.
Very nice condition other than the bunkers being very hard packed. Greens were perfect.
Dirty Carts
I've written this review several times about how filthy the Carts are. It's one of the 1st impressions you get when you get to the course. Also there is no sand below a quarter inch of the service
