The fairways were acceptable. Greens had been punched but seemed as though never rolled. Almost every longer putt would bounce immediately and slow down considerably. The rough was completely unacceptable. I played with two friends and we figured we had each lost at least 4 balls each due to the length of the rough. To find a ball you had to be virtually standing on it. We also took to using yellow or orange balls to make them easier to spot. It did not help. Maybe they’ll take some actions to address the issue. I won’t be back. Will not recommend this course to anyone. One star is one too many

Greens were sanded over and bumpy from airification recently, but overall course was tough and demandingly fun

Rough hadn’t been mowed in a few days as weeds had sprouted.

Heard many good things about this course was excited to play and

Wanted to try a different course and had heard that this had all been redone a few years ago. Decided to spend a little more money than I was used to and it was worth it. Excellent conditions for a golf course in the summer in Arizona.

I love this old course. Been playing it for more than 40 years and it’s a keeper. Greens were terrific and very true.

First time playing this course, I was impressed with its condition. I live in east mesa and thought it was with the drive because the fairways and greens were in great shape. I also found the course layout challenging because of the sand bunker placements. I will definitely be back.

Course and staff were great. Pace of play was a little rough. Took almost an hour and a half to play 3 holes at one point. A marshal could be helpful. I’ll still be back as it’s a great value for the money.

The course was in very good condition, there were areas that could’ve used some mowing due to untouched areas of grass that normally get cut. The course had some good challenges and a good selection of tee

boxes to challenge you based on distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating I would recommend this course and I’m sure it’s popular as it is they were a very good amount of trees provide shade on a hot day. It would be nice if they provided more options to drinking water while on the course there were only two locations one on the front and one on the back with a five Gallon igloo which is not sufficient in the summer in Arizona.

The greens are in good shape but running a little slow. Probably 8-9 on stimpmeter. Fairways are in decent shape with Bermuda transition. Bunkers all seemed to be wet even though it has not rained in days.

We waited on every hole but managed to finish in 4:15.

Great value from cart girl as cokes are $1 and beers are $4.

For the holiday weekend and plenty of play the course could have used a little TLC. This makes an impression on outside players whether than come back or not.
