Great staff. Fun layout. And don’t forget to stop and take in the glorious mountains. Greens proved to be tricky. Fine shape just difficult to read this time. I will go back.

The course was beautiful designed and the pace of play was just about 4 hours. We had a blast playing. The front nine was a little soggy and the bunkers do need work and sand.

I realize it’s still early in the season, but lots of repair work needs to be done. For example, there were spots of mud and mushy areas in fairway and near golf cart path exits; some bunkers had standing water in them or were hard crust. Didn’t seen to be any bunkers with actual sand in them. It was difficult to navigate the course because there were no yardage books or cart GPS units. Even if you hit a great shot, your ball can easily be swallowed up by unexpected waste areas, creeks or water hazards. If yardage books were available to purchase, it was not made apparent by pro shop staff. Very slow play, over 5 hour round. Tough greens. Every pin seemed to be placed on a slant. This is definitely not a resort style course so you would have to play it repeatedly to learn the nuances of it.

Great course. Paired with a local, shout out to tom and bob… was a beautiful course. Views, waterfowl, and great golf. Only thing I’d complain about was the price of my cup of coffee.

It's coming to the end of spring in NV and the course could not have been better. The rough is thick right now as it's springtime, but will thin out a bit over the next month. Greens and fairways were great. Played in under 4 hours as there weren't a lot of people playing due to a scramble being played in the morning.

I believe this is one of the finest courses in northern Nevada and better than many in Northern California. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a four hour and 40 hour round very slow pace of play.
