About
The golf course at the Ventura Country Club, situated east of Orlando near many major highways and the airport, is semi-private but the facility welcomes outside play. It is a short course that features undulating greens with sudden breaks. The golf course has challenging par-3 holes that put a premium on shot accuracy. There are strategically placed bunkers throughout as well as water hazards on 14 holes. Most of the well-manicured fairways are lined with homes. The par-5, 13th hole is Ventura Country Club's signature hole. It requires a shot from an elevated tee over water and past thick forestry on the left and an approach shot to small, well protected green that slopes back to front.

Tough greens
Nice TIGHT COURSE....
Got new irons so this was perfect.....played from the whites and hit nothing but 5 iron off tee on par 4/5.....
Greens are really good.....i don't remember that much undulating but they rolled really well.....if it was on a hill and you didn't get up there.....they were coming back

Would have been nice to know
Having played here before, I was looking forward to the round. I booked it online and was stunned to find out that there was a shotgun tournament starting 30 minutes after my booked time. I was told that I had to wait and then go out 30 minutes after my tee time AND I had to follow the tournament. Nevertheless, I had to wait before every shot.
None of the staff apologized for my inconvenience.
If I would have known, I would have canceled and gone somewhere else.

Wet and narrow
First time playing at Ventura, greens good, fairway ok not more, it was wet, they got 5 hours rain the night prior we play.
The layout, this is a short course, tight and narrow. The first holes we should be lost in the sequence. So , for beginners very good place ,
