The golf course at the Ventura Country Club, situated east of Orlando near many major highways and the airport, is semi-private but the facility welcomes outside play. It is a short course that features undulating greens with sudden breaks. The golf course has challenging par-3 holes that put a premium on shot accuracy. There are strategically placed bunkers throughout as well as water hazards on 14 holes. Most of the well-manicured fairways are lined with homes. The par-5, 13th hole is Ventura Country Club's signature hole. It requires a shot from an elevated tee over water and past thick forestry on the left and an approach shot to small, well protected green that slopes back to front.

Course in great condition .....greens running nice, fairways nice, and sand bunkers good too. Chipping is tough around some greens, thin grass, some muddy conditions, but no complaints especially considering recent storms blown thru the area.. This course is short, challenging for us old guys, but my family friends (young & inexperienced) enjoyed greatly. Don't be fooled by short holes, cuz those have some tough greens to navigate, and hit it straight ....much more important than length. Thanx to GN for the Hot Deals, and great values for this particular course. Highly recommended!
