About
Designed by Rees Jones and Keith Evans, Serket (formerly known as Rio Secco Golf Club) in Henderson affords great views of the Las Vegas Strip below as golfers try to find the course's tricky bentgrass greens. Said greens can be difficult to read, and if you find yourself above the hole, two-putts become a real challenge. One of the most talked about holes, the 200-yard par-3 12th, plays over a valley to a large green that slopes severely from back to front. Back pin positions are difficult, but a front location can yield aces as everything seems to funnel to that spot. Serket is also home to the Butch Harmon School of Golf.

Great Course
If you keep it on the fairway you will have a great time and a good score...Greens are fast and you need to leave it below the hole where possible. Take less club and hit the fairways and you will really enjoy this round.

Nice and pleasant course.
Aside from the blistering heat of 100* at 9am, it was an enjoyable round. I wish the courses started earlier due to the heat but the pro shop said the homeowners around the course (which was built AFTER the course) put a moratorium on noise until 6:30am. Stupid. I’ll be sending
Just four stars? Sorry to see we fell short in some areas. We hope to see you again at Rio Secco, perhaps when it's not well north of triple digit heat outside, and the course conditions might suit you better.

Beautiful course
I love this course, it’s always in good shape. Staff is really courteous and friendly. The practice range is great too.

Some tee boxes hard to put tee in the ground
Alot of walking up and down
Some holes fairway closed, if you have a bad knee like myself can be a pain

Lots of variety and elevation changes on our Rees Jones design, and yes a few cart path only hole due to the extreme nature of them, but now that you've got a round under your belt, we think you'll enjoy it more the next time.
