Blind tee shots Card needs hole layout w/ distance

The greens were very slow, otherwise the course was in good shape. The pace of play was very slow, it took nearly 3 hours to play the back nine. No ranger in site, on some of the tees there were 3 groups waiting to tee off. Unacceptable management by the Brown Group!

Play it often and always in good shape

The course conditions were okay, the staff was friendly enough, but the pace of play was completely unacceptable. We waited nearly 45 minutes at the 10th hole and there was a significant wait on every hole before that. We asked for a refund of half our money and were told we could only get a rain check. Since we were travelling from out of town, this did us no good. We were also told that the slow play is just "how things are" down in the Hilton Head area. If that is the case, then move the tee times farther apart. Not cool. Complete waste of a day. Everyone left in a bad mood.

It was my first time playing at Pinecrest and I enjoyed the experience. I played the geren tees which made the round even more enjoyable since I was not always hitting woods or long irons into most of the greens. Even though I would be capable of playing the whites, I tend to play to have fun and try to make some birdies - which I did. I also broke 80 which is makes more a pleasant round. We paired up with another couple after 8 holes and enjoyed their company.

Worst time of the year. Teed off at 10:45 and quit at 2:30 after playing ONLY 12 holes. Not the first time this has happened at Pinecrest . Will not be going there again there are many other options on Golf Now for this area.

Considering all of the rain the past few days, our experience was not great. The price was right, staff was excellent, but we had to use cart path only which made it very difficult for my handicapped brother. I am sure if we had been able to play under normal conditions, it would have been more enjoyable. A nice layout, large greens and appears to be in good condition. I shaot an 86 with 1 birdie.

Pace of play slowed on back nine. Overall the course was in good condition and a fair challenge.

Overall in pretty good shape. Greene's for putting pretty good. Fairways in good shape. Teebox is a little dry needed some work. The staff is very friendly. One is the Browns best group in the area.

I'm not really qualified to give a review as I'm a hack golfer, but my sons and I had a great time hacking away. We didn't feel pressured to play like real golfers. We just had an enjoyable 18 holes. We got a little lucky in that we were the last crew to go out so we didn't have anyone pushing up our back. It was also over cast. The staff were very friendly. Great value.

This is the second course associated with the brown group and a much nicer course than the first one I played. Tee boxes were a little rough on some holes, other than that the course was in good shape. I enjoyed the round but there was nothing really notable about course or facility just a nice place to play. Other than I did see three deer running around.

This is a good course in good condition at a reasonable price, but it suffers from being part of a real estate development. There are houses everywhere and many are very close and in play. It's obvious that the course was built to sell lots first and to be a golf course second with very long rides between many holes. The course is fairly penal, so bring a few balls, but in the end I will probably go back occasionally because the layout is pretty good.

I enjoyed my round of golf at Pinecrest. The course was in great conditions being the beginning of August in South Carolina.

This was my first time playing this course and had a great time there. The greens were super slow. There was a lot of rain the day before but even as the day went on and the dew dried out they were still really slow. Other than that I thought it was a nice course

great layout of the course. The greens were less than desirable, they were very long couldn't get a consistent roll. Tee boxes were also very long. Both appeared to have not been mowed. Course is very tight and challenging which is great. I would recommend this course to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Course is fair and well maintained. I will definitely return. The starter, the pro staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed this course with a great Golf Now price. Playing from the red tees eliminated some of the water hazards making it less difficult, but still challenging and plenty long. A few of the tee boxes were in less than perfect shape, but the greens and fairways were beautiful.
