Winter Park Golf Course

About
Dating back to 1900, Winter Park Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in Florida. The course and clubhouse are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Despite being a nine-hole golf course, Winter Park Golf Course is not an ordinary pitch and putt. Known for its narrow, tree-lined fairways and postage stamp greens that are heavily guarded by bunkers, the golf course presents a formidable test to even the most skilled golfers. The golf course is ideal for golfers looking to sharpen their short game skills. Besides offering a challenging game, Winter Park Golf Course has extremely affordable rates that make it a great location for catching a quick round.

A Slow Fivesome
Last thing you need in this heat is a slow fivesome, hitting 50 yd. tee shots from the tips.
Had to get around them. First time ever having to skip a hole after playing hundreds of rounds here.
Fun 9 hole course
No driving carts, but they have push carts. Nice grounds kept up well. Got a discount online
Amazing course, condition is improving
This course is always been amazing, but the condition has worsened a bit as of the past year or so. However, it's clear that maintenance is working on improving it. Now that the rainy season is here, it's starting to pay off. Greens are already noticeably improved, there are some bunkers with new sand, and the fairways are growing back in.
Great course for a 9 hole
A fun 9 hole course with super challenging greens. Not a lot of shade so on hot days prepare to get cooked. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the course moves pretty decently on the weekends.
Great starter course
I love this course for a quick 9. The staff are excellent, and the fairways and greens are maintained. It’s got a little of everything, some par 5’s mixed with par 3’s.
There are 2 holes where if you go a little or right off your drive, there is a chance you end up on a tee box.
I’ve played there 2x and met the nicest guys and the 9 holes were a pleasure.
Overall, it’s just a fun, chill course. A perfect way to kill 2 hours
