Strange course

I played here for the first time and I doubt I will be going again. The course in general was challenging as there are quite alot of steep banks, some par 4 flags you cannot see when teeing off. The green which were in play were in perfect condition. Now for the negatives, dog walkers on the course. I had to wait a couple of time to tee off. But that means there was dog poo on the course. Bunch of kids on the course asking for spare equipment and actually playing one of the holes and riding there bikes to reach there next shot. That’s probably down to the open gates from public paths to reach different parts of the course. So I recommend going during school time. I was rather disappointed

Definitely worth playing

Really nice course, kept in excellent conditions, especially the greens. Could be a little more exciting, but for the price, very nice

Can’t fault the course

3rd time playing, back today for another round with the work lads, hopefully play better than I did yesterday 🤞

Fast play with no one in front of us, we got 18 holes in 3 hours which is perfect

First time playing this course

First time Iv played this course, I found the course excellent, only down fall is we came across some young kids just wondering around on the holes playing which we had to tell them to move, but everyone’s been a kid before so it didn’t phase me much, saying that my golf buddy left his phone on the bench on the 4th hole while we was waiting to tee off, he didn’t realise untill the 17th tee so he ran back and guess what the little kids had handed it to the golfers behind saying they was going to the club house to hand it in, made our day,

Overall the course was really good and we ended up in the club house having a few pints watching the footie

Perfect day out

Decent but have to carry a rake

We were a four ball who play 2/3 times a week. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and the tee times were running on time. Course was nice, members were friendly and greens were mostly nice, they had a good pace but some areas were very boggy. Bunkers had plenty of sand in them. My biggest gripe was that you have to carry a rake around with you. I hate that, there should be a rake in every bunker. For some this is a minor issue but for us it’s a deal breaker and we won’t be returning.
