About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Great course
Fairways are good, greens are fast and in good shape. Starter very friendly. Would play again.
Pleasantly surprised
Pro shop staff and starter were nice and helpful. Course is short but tight and challenging. Greens rolled great . One or two greens had some blemish but overall great !
Fairways overall was great . Some rough areas were bald but better than most courses In Orlando in this price range . Tee boxes were good . Will definitely return.
Nice
Could only get in 9 holes because my tee time was at 530, and conditions were good.
Nice day despite my average play
Played with three other nice folks. Hope my poor play wasn't too much of a distraction.

Dubsdread is the oldest muni in Florida - celebrating 100 years. Tight fairways, real nice layout, tee boxes, fairways, greens and bunkers very good. Staff friendly, restaurant top notch. A challenging tra k always in great condition!
Great Time and Venue
The course was in nice shape and the had enough traps, water and trees to make it challenging for everyone with wide enough fairways for higher HC players. This made for nice risk/ reward course management and fun play.
The course layout was nice as it ran through the neighborhood. The restaurant food was great and the staff friendly and welcoming. They had plenty of TVs at the bar and the lively atmosphere added to the experience.
Our foursome enjoyed the day and will be back again.

Very nice course within Orlando area. Teeblocks, fairways and greens are in great condition. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very challenging with alot of water.
Classic Gem in Orlando
I really enjoyed this course. It’s certainly one of my favorites in and around Orlando. It’s got a very classic feel to it, unlike many Central Florida courses. Being a new Orlando resident, I will be sure to play this a lot.
Surprising course
Well maintained, A real gem of course. Long par 4s.
Greens in very good shape. Would definitely come back if in the area.
Restaurant Tap Room very good food. Enjoyed the blackened mah hi tacos and husband had the chicken special.
Great Old Gem!
Been meaning to play this course for years but finally got around to it yesterday. Got a great deal for a 1 pm start and enjoyed it thoroughly! Staff were friendly, layout was challenging even from the blues. Fairways and greens were great for this time of year. Dubsdread definitely goes on my Florida fav list!
Great spot with an outstanding restaurant
Even though it’s relatively short it’s a nice track and very conducive to couples golf. Nice staff and wonderful food at the restaurant. A great “first round “ if you’re visiting from the North!
