About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Great greens. Solid fairways. Tee boxes could use some work.
Great course
This course is top tier! The fairways are incredible and the greens are pure. I'm playing again next weekend.
Please stop the walkers
This was a beautiful course. Very well maintained and scenic. Our only problem was we had 2 parties of 3 and 4 ahead of us. In each of those parties 1 person decided they wanted to walk . This slowed down everything so bad. Multiple people lined up waiting for these groups to finish a hole. Perhaps the day for walkers would be during the week. Not on the weekend when it’s busy.
Short but fun track!
In town on business and had extra day so course was close and good price. Took 10:30am single tee time and got paired up with father, son and best friend. Good guys and had fun regardless of skill levels. Starter was awesome in explaing as this was first time playing. Track is short even from blues bit was perfect for me to.work irons. We maybe waited on 1 hole entire day. Greens were fast and got faster. Beverage lady was personable and attentive. Finished right at 4hrs. Did not use the restaurant but it was very busy so must of been a solid 19th hole.
Great Course
Dubsdread is tight until the back nine where it begins opening up after the 10th hole. Small greens. Course is in good condition and a great value for the money. Beautiful course in a very nice neighborhood. This is a must play whenever we are in Orlando and one of my favorite courses there. The staff is friendly. Good restaurant (with great hamburgers) in a stand alone building onsite.
Surprisingly good condition considering the volume of rounds this course gets.
Greens were good, traps well maintained, overall good conditions.
Range is dry and dusty but there are mats.
Restaurant is a must for after round beverages and dinner.
One of the Better Tracks in Orlando for the $
The staff and facilities here are amongst the best bang for your buck in Orlando. The restaurant is first class, great food. Course was in good shape and the pace of play was good.
Greens were in terrible condition, super slow. The fairways were beaten.
Great First Time Experience
The introduction at the pro shop was excellent. He told us what to watch for and pay attention to. This course is in a neighborhood...I like that. The greens and fairways were in great condition. Restaurant is a bit pricey for my taste.
