About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Always in great condition!
Other than the driving range being closed due to hurricane repair and the 10th hole converted to a par 3 for same reason, the course was in great condition.
The greens are probably some of the best and fastest in the area right now.
Shotgun Tourney
This course should never have been open to the public that day after noon. They had some Tourney booked and after one hour of being on the course, I still never stepped on the 3rd hole Tee Box. They were fantastic about giving a full refund but should never have had to deal with the situation in the first place. Not to mention, was told most of the people in this group never played golf. Come on people…. That’s what Too Golf was invented for. 🤷🏻♂️
Always a great time
Well maintained and challenging but not unfair course. They are recovering from some storm damage, but that happens in Florida. Great value for your money.

90 F. in the shade but did enjoy the course. Greens were good, course was well kept, friendly staff👍
Highlight of every golf vacation
This course is often narrow between housings but well maintained and challenging to play. I enjoy every minute playing this public course. Visit the restaurant after play, it’s worth it!
Unexpected pleasure
Fairways were solid with just a few bare spots, greens were in great shape and rolled well. The course for the money we paid was excellent, great value. Staff was very friendly, especially Herman, who gave us good information before we started our round. All in all, we had a very enjoyable day.
We had a great time. Greens were a little tricky first time around.
Great Day
Course is in great shape. Haven’t been here in a few years and course was just as good as I remembered it. Played Sunday afternoon and expected the pace to be slow but only waited on one or two tees. Keep up the great work!!!

Nice course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Play was so slow though. Would have been a nearly 5 hour round if i did not skip a hole. Would recommend the course tho. Well kept and good amenities.
