Fairways Country Club
About
The golf course at Fairways Country Club is a short course but it is quite unforgiving. Water hazards come into play on fifteen of the eighteen holes of the course. The greens are small and tight and they are in excellent condition. There are also strategically placed bunkers situated throughout as well for extra challenge. The signature hole of the course is the par-5 5th hole, which has water on both sides of the fairway and it also runs across it 100 yards from the green. The course has three sets of teeboxes to accommodate different abilities and handicaps.

Good Day of Golf
Most of the course was in good condition. 80% had good fairway grass. There are a few spots that were bare, but they should fill in as spring approaches. Most of the greens were very good, rolling fast and smooth. Again there were some spots here and there that still need to fill in. Only one green on the back 9 looked like it had got a fungus. Very enjoyable course for a reasonable price.
Good course for the money
Played 9 holes on Feb 27, 2024. Weather was great. We had groups in front of us but they moved along nicely.
The condition of the course was below average, with lots of bare spots on the fairways and greens. The grass that was there was rather coarse and sparse.
Fun and friendly to beginners.
This is a great course for the value. My wife is just learning and this course is perfect environment for new golfers and seasoned golfers to play together.
Disrespectful course management
Extremely poor human beings in this place. Course manager harassed us for pace of play even though we finished in 4:15 , group behind us hit a ball at us, it’s dangerous to disrespect people and hit balls at them, course manager talks smack to us while playing disgusting behavior
Fairways CC
Hidden gem in Orlando. Fun to play. Not a pristine country club layout. Needs some love and care. Easily accessible off of 408, 417 and 50.
Fairways
The course was in good shape. It is very tight. I play golf ⛳️ once a week in the winter. Snowbird from Canada 🇨🇦 q
Beautiful fairways
Kudos to course maintenance workers and greens, the best I've seen the fairways will be back very soon. Thanks for Senior days.
Fairway Golf Course
My friend and I were visiting Orlando and wanted to take in a short round, 9 holes, of golf. We found Fairway on GolfNow and decided it was close enough and had a decent price. The staff and other golfers were all very friendly. The golf cart was in great condition. The course was in fair condition and could use some reseeding in places.
All in all, we enjoyed our round.
I like playing this course. I keep getting discounts and the price is good for the condition
good warm up course
From Canada, any golf this time of year is good. Was leary for the price, got what was expected for price point. Greens were ok, some spotty, fairways coming, t boxes suspect, overall great course to fine tune before you hit some of the big boys. staff was great
Good value course a little rough
Fairways and greens in pretty rough shape, but good course to work on your game.
Challenging and Affordable
If you’re looking for plush fairways and true greens, this won’t be it. The course does have its challenges and it’s affordable. Domed bumpy greens, sparse fairways and tee boxes…. In February.
A lot of tough holes with hidden water and tiny greens. I would play it again to improve my score.
Friendly staff (explained to me how GOLFNOW works). Carts do not have GPS… but have sand buckets. Tiny parking lot up front but extra parking in back. Green divots and fairways hardly get repaired by golfers, some of the locals will pass you or hit into you so they can play 18 holes faster than you (even though the group in front of you are holding you back). Didn’t see a beverage cart or any course coolers. Neighborhood requires a gate code but a sign at gate indicates code for golf course. Course lined with modular homes but a quiet friendly neighborhood.
average
1st time in several years visiting this course, not much has changed.
Front nine is below average. Back nine is a real golf course,
Good course for beginners or sr golfers
Gate code is 1972 which u need to get in.,
Hate to see this. I was not the one to interact directly with your group, but everything that happens at the facility represents an extension of me.
Please reach out to me directly at cschappacher@golffairwayscc.com and put "samrip" as the subject line and I will rectify this however possible.
I'd like to hear more about what happened so we can turn it into a learning/teaching moment for the crew. Again, I apologize for this and hope to hear from you soon
