TPC Louisiana
About
TPC Louisiana is situated just 15 minutes from downtown New Orleans but you'll feel like you're at a private nature reserve. When the golf course opened in 2004, Golf Digest ranked it as the fourth best upscale public, course and GolfWeek consistently ranks it in their list of "Best Courses You Can Play." As part of the Audubon Golf Trail, it stretches across more than 250 acres of wetlands along the Mississippi River delta. The TPC Louisiana layout will challenge you with more than 100 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards on several holes. Five different sets of tees allow players of all skill levels to enjoy the course. The PGA Tour tees are the longest, measuring a whopping 7,400 yards. The golf course finishes with its signature hole. For your final test you'll face a tough par 5 with water along the entire right side.

TPC LA
Back up and running after Ida. Lot’s of trees were knocked down by the storm but they have done a great job cleaning up after the storm. More to go but all of that is well off the fiarwayo.
Ho hum
You could tell that a lot of damage from Hurricane Ida had been cleared and a lot of trees between fairways were decimated. The fairways were clean of debris and the greens were in great shape - although slower than expected for a TPC course. The biggest concern was the speed at which groups move: having four groups on a par four hole is not acceptable. That bespeaks of a very slow round to come. Fortunately, one of the slowest players in the group in front of us left after nine - he had no business playing from the back tees. Finally, our cart was like a bucking bronco for the last five holes of the front nine. Everything seemed to improve with a new cart and faster movement of the slowest groups in front.
Very Nice
Top notch course! Layout was fun and challenging. Course was an excellent condition. Greens were awesome. I can’t wait to play again.
Enjoyed playing this course
Very fair course for all playing levels. Course is in good shape with greens being just a little slow due to Iration a while ago. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant
Not worth full price…Greens are in bad shape.
Very disappointed….Dead patches on all the Greens. Worst shape I’ve seen them since course opened.
Forest park
The course is in great condition, Nice layout. A couple greens some golfers never fix their divots. Over all it’s nice course!
Highly recommended
Course was in excellent shape. Staff friendly, great practice area. Practice green was indicative of greens on the course. Pace of play was perfect despite having a full course that day. Will definitely be back!
Epic course, poor maintenance staff
We had a blast playing this course until reaching #13 when the maintenance and mowing crew completely disregarded us and forced us to wait on each of the remaining shots until they completed their work. When we contacted the pro shop they were helpful to get us a refund, however the last 6 holes were a joke of carts, mowers and staff circling around us like hornets. Annoying yes, dangerous, most definitely. It was a crappy way to spoil what was an amazing golf day and experience. All in all, I would play again anytime.
