TPC Louisiana
About
TPC Louisiana is situated just 15 minutes from downtown New Orleans but you'll feel like you're at a private nature reserve. When the golf course opened in 2004, Golf Digest ranked it as the fourth best upscale public, course and GolfWeek consistently ranks it in their list of "Best Courses You Can Play." As part of the Audubon Golf Trail, it stretches across more than 250 acres of wetlands along the Mississippi River delta. The TPC Louisiana layout will challenge you with more than 100 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards on several holes. Five different sets of tees allow players of all skill levels to enjoy the course. The PGA Tour tees are the longest, measuring a whopping 7,400 yards. The golf course finishes with its signature hole. For your final test you'll face a tough par 5 with water along the entire right side.

Great features and challenging
A challenging Pete Dye course without the railroad ties. Great condition and the greens rolled true. Highly recommended.
Great layout
Next door race cars was a shocker and new. Couldnt hear each other talk. Huge negative for otherwise great experience
Excellent golf course
Had such a great time playing this beautiful but tough golf course. Late January and the course was in good condition.
Great condition, slow pace
Over all the curse was in excellent shape. Even with getting a good bit of rain throughout the week prior to playing on the weekend the greens played well, fairways had some roll out, and the staff was welcoming. The only downside was the pace of play. Took nearly 5 hours to play our round. I’m betting the wind conditions had some effect with the pace as it looked like many people were tracking there shots into brush and wooded areas.
Greens! Greens! Greens!
Greens roll as true as you can find in this part of the country. Worth the price for those alone.
Bring extra balls as the water can swallow up even the best of shots.
Great layout and the 3 closing holes create a fantastic finish.
Can't wait to tee it up there again.
Great shape even in the winter
Great layout and greens are about as pure as any in the country. Heck of a golf course.
Disappointed!
Excited to play but disappointed overall. Granted they were cleaning up after a tropical storm and preparing the course for the Zurich Classic. However, for the price paid I expected more. Several greens had the sprinkler systems running full stream so I had to forgo playing all the way through the whole. By the end, I was just frustrated with tractors and workers in the way of game play. They should have closed this course or NOT charged full price.
