Man O' War Golf Course

This is only the second d time I have ever played this course andI love it! The layout is challenging and fair! The greens and fairways were in great shape! I would definitely recommend this course!

Course layout is great unfortunately the greens weren’t in good condition , very slow (hairy). Pace of play was great and the course personnel was friendly

Greens need to be cut and rolled. Very bumpy and slow.

Decent layout for a course. Some challenging holes with lots of water around. I did not care for the fact they didn’t put a disclaimer stating the greens were punched and were in bad condition. Pretty frustrating to get a day off and go play golf, only to find out the greens have been aerated recently. Left after 9 holes. There should be a note somewhere saying when they were aerated as to make better judgment of where to play. Staff was friendly. Good scenery.

Weather wasn’t great but the course itself more than made up for it. Course conditions were fantastic and the pace of play was good. I’ll definitely be back.

Played Man-o-war for the first time! Course has a lot of water but if you hit your shots the water isn’t an issue. Greens were recently punched but almost healed ..... I’m not rating bad because a course wants to take care of their greens. I definitely will play this again in the future!

The layout of this course is unique. Online it looks almost too challenging with all of the water, however the fairways are wider than they appear and with a straight shot off the tee the water can be avoided. I anticipated losing many balls to the watery depths, but only 2 fell victim today. The layout of the course is challenging, but playable for even a recreational golfer (me). The fairways were in amazing condition, soft but not wet, and green. The greens were in great shape. Divots on both have been repaired well. This course is a great experience.

This was a great course. The course was well maintained and the water made it very interesting. The only issue we had was that there was a group of 5 in front of us and it slowed down the pace of play tremendously.

Best course I’ve played in the last 10 years. Better than many TPC’s in the country. Perfect fairways and greens. Worth the $70+

Nothing but great things to say about this place, played international the day before and it sucked so I was hoping for a good course. Pristine conditions pace of play was great staff was friendly and course was amazing! Def recommend if you are in Myrtle, also grounds crew takes care of wizard right next door and that is also an awesome track!

I always like golf courses that force you to use every club in the bag and force you to use other clubs then driver off the tee. This course had my use every club in bag at least once .

Enjoyed this course - though it was chilly and breezy. The entire course is over-seeded, except for greens which were excellent. I hope to return soon.
