Chimera Golf Club

Like everything about this golf course. Always play when in Las Vegas. Only negative is that they need to buy new range balls, but since they are compted no big deal!!

Greens were a little slow today but held well and were true. Overall condition was very good! Pace of play was less than 4 hours. 👍

Excellent course only problem was Cartpath only because of the re-seeding the fairways

Had some time before heading back home and wanted to play without breaking the bank, stoked I decided to play Chimera!

Got paired with another single and a couple of members who were both great golfers and quite helpful throughout the round sharing their local knowledge.

From tee to green the course was in excellent shape. The day we played was the first day back to allowing carts on the fairway after over seeding, 90 degree rule was in play throughout.

The course is inside Tuscany Village, which looked like a great community. Great views of Vegas and the surrounding mountains throughout!

If you’re looking for a great track with great views at an affordable rate, this is your jam!

A great round, 4 hours 20 min despite a full tee sheet. Greens were voodoo slowwwwww. But, great to see them in great shape. Most fairways in great shape, some tee boxes a little torn up.

I enjoy chimera for the most part , but this time we didn’t know it was cart-path only until we teed off. Which if I knew I probably would’ve booked a teatime somewhere else. The other downside was the fairways were very long after the over-seed they don’t look like they have cut them yet. Another downside was the greens were very slow. Probably another month and the course will be in better playing condition.

Course was long, fair, and challenging. Definitely would play it again. Only disappointment was that for some reason every single hole was cart path only when there hasn't been much rain in the area recently. Made for extremely long and slow round.

Ive played many times and almost always are satisfied, Heat kills in Vegas and golf is no exception. Just played after reseed and it was very nice. Greens rolled a little slow but not bad, fairways fantastic, ruff deep. A very playable round. I recomend always. FYI late day fees are sick cheep.

Large Tourament ran long and we would of had to wait a hour before getting one

The course had overseeded the week or two before our day of play. When we arrived at the first tee, we were informed it would be cart path only on every hole (no exceptions)

It sure would have been nice if this was posted or explained to when the booking was made. I play this course often and book a number of ways online as well as calling. It would be very helpful if they would post this restriction when booking as I was playing with a good friend who was 86 years old and there was no way he could handle all the walking involved. He ended up playing every other hole and only if he was near the cart path. I feared him having a heart attack or something if he were to have played the whole course. Luckily, it was only 95 that day.

They just finished overseeing and the course is in great condition. I’ve played here a lot and right now the greens are probably the best I’ve ever seen them. The fairways are pretty good in 90% of spots with a few dead spots still growing in, but pretty great overall. They’ve really improved conditions over the course of the year. Super good deal for the price, maybe the best in town.
