On your next Las Vegas golf trip, make sure to put Chimera Golf Club at the top of the list of "must plays." Opened in July 2003, Chimera Golf Club (previously known as Tuscany Golf Club) is one of the newer golf courses in Las Vegas.

This Ted Robinson Jr design just minutes away from The Strip measures 6,757 yards from the tips and features 68 white-sand bunkers and enough water hazards to make you wish you brought your beach towel.

Chimera Golf Club will test the skills of low handicappers, but four sets of tees make it accessible to novice golfers. Overall, Chimera Golf Club is an enjoyable, entertaining round of golf in a truly beautiful setting.

Clubhouse:Chimera Golf Club’s centerpiece is a spacious 31,000 square foot Old World Tuscan Village which features a golf retail store, a pub and fine dining restaurant as well as banquet and meeting facilities. An expansive 4,000 square foot patio offers incredible views of the golf course, mountains and Las Vegas Strip. Golfers can take advantage of outdoor dining or just relax after an enjoyable round.

A Go To Course

Course in great condition as it usually is. they had a big tournament.in the am that caused our group to go from a 11:37 start time to 12:20pm. Didn'it think we would finish before dark, but we did at 4:30 just before sunset.

Not a particular difficult course as it has wide fairways, but some holes are a real challenge like #9 over water.

Very kind staff! But that’s all.

My tee time was 1:20 but we were able to tee up couple minute before 2:00 since there is no cart. Moreover, my cart died when I stop at 2nd shot spot of hole #1!!! We had to wait additional 15 minute to get a new one. Pace of play was also horrible.

The course is always a challenge. Conditions were above average. Only negative was that the group in front of us was an entire hole behind after eight holes, but there was no course marshal to move them up.

Good value for the money

Pace was a bit slow but nothing terrible, more of an issue with the group playing in front of us. Course was in good shape for Dec in my opinion. Greens a bit bumpy but mostly because of people not fixing their pitch marks. Overall I would recommend this course if you are in Vegas.

Great course and pace of play

Played the round in just over 3 hours. Great grass condition for time of year. Greens have a lot of divots but that’s players fault. Overall best course I have played here in Vegas at this time of year!
