The Classic Club

Had a 1:00 tee time. There was a morning tournament that held us back to starting at 1:30. Course was beautiful. Greens were fast. Bunkers were pretty hard. Needed to be raked. Need to know the your shots. Course can challenge you quickly if you let it.

This beautiful golf course is not surrounded by houses. it is not like PGA West couses. We had lunch at the restaurant and the food is great.

The course is VERY playable. And form almost every tee, the home spreads out before you spectacularly it was in excellent condition, and they kept the big crowd moving so we finished in the 15 mins. The bunker sand could use some work but otherwise it's excellent

I would have liked to hang around and enjoyed a beverage but only the high end restaurant was open

The course has a resort feel starting when you pull your vehicle up to the bag drop off. A courteous staff member assisted us with our clubs and transported them to our carts. The carts had plush seats, a GPS screen, USP charge ports and even an ice chest with four bottles of chilled water! The staff in the pro shop were both professional and very friendly. Included in our fees were a complementary golf towel and a $25 coupon for food or beverage anywhere on the grounds.

It was a sunny day and the course was in excellent condition. Coming from Northern California with all of the wet and cart path only conditions playing here was truly amazing.

The pace of play was great finishing in under four hours.

I had a great time at Classic Club in the PS area oasis. Although I hadn't played there in a while, the experience was excellent. We teed off before 2 and finished by sundown around 5:40. The greens were not rolling at an 11 as the starter mentioned, but more like a 6-7, which led to some initial putting challenges. The cart girls were friendly, and valet parking was a nice touch. Overall, I loved it!"

If you find a better course in the desert call me up- this course was amazing. Course was in perfect condition no complaints just perfection- greens rolled great. Scenery was perfect. If you love an amazing course - no houses- then this course if for you. Great range and practice facility - all included. Every hole was more scenic than the next. A couple holes on the back with water carries on second shot were as perfect as a golf hole as you can get. My favorite course I have played in the desert and I have played some of the nicer clubs.

only two complaints- beer selection was sub par and maybe a little more sand in bunkers. other than 100/100.

We played 18 in 3:30 and the course was in great condition. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I am considering a troon card and playing here more often. $225 rate for an 7:10am rate included a 25.00 lunch voucher. Restaurant was excellent.

The pro shop is staffed by people who do not want to be there.

The guy putting our clubs on the carts and taking them off was very friendly. Also very nice and helpful.

He suggested we hurry to get a drink as the restaurant closed in 30 minutes. We hurried over and sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server. I checked with the bartender and she said she would try to find a server. When one finally came over she didn’t want to take our order and just dropped menus we did not want. We decided to leave and the hostess continued to ignore the four of us as we walked out.

This place obviously needs new management and maybe a staff member or two in the clubhouse who cares.
