great course
love eastwood as a course, staff could use a talking to about customer service but you can't punish the whole place for one or two people being stupid
Great value for the money.
You will use every club in your bag. The greens were wonderful.
good challenge from back tees
friendly staff, great pace of play, in good shape, interesting but not unfair layout
Fairways and greens have never been better. Greenskeeper doing outstanding job.

Overpriced
It's not a bad course, just overpriced for the level of service you get. There are no restrooms or water coolers along the course. The pro shop isn't very friendly or service-oriented at all. The clubhouse appears deserted from the outside. Basically everything is bare-minimum. Even if you have a tee-time you have to pay for range balls. The course itself is fairly maintained, the greens were in better shape than I expected after my first experience with the pro shop.
Very nice but dificult
Greens are in great shape. Fairways are nice. Rough is a bit too rough. Wow are there some hard holes.
Challenging but not impossible.
There is no drinking water in the entire course but bringing your own beverage is not allowed. On weekends they have a roving cart selling beverages but they are grossly overpriced.
Now the rain has stopped, they are finally getting it back in shape.
The course was in pretty bad shape during the recent wet period when it rained nearly every day . . . . They have started to clean everything up and it is now in good shape . . . .
A course with great opportunities for a good score
Greens and tee boxes were in excellent shape. The fairways were in good condition. I enjoy the course, enough water for a challenge and bunkers that can take advantage of you!
Course underwater
Course was just about, if not unplayable because of the standing water. Golf shop did not tell us when we teed off how bad the conditions were on the course. Agreat course when not wet, but this was really bad. Will ask next time before making tee time.
very well maintained.
This course was well maintained. Had a fair amount of challenge. Better to play if it hasn't rained as most of the bunkers were wet and packed. Drainage also needs more consideration. Over all I really enjoyed this course and will recomend it to others.
Good Value - not terribly crowded
Price is very reasonable for the course. I played late afternoon mid week and easily got around for 18. Nice layout, some holes make you pay for bad drives. The course was in very nice shape.
for the money, it is an okay course to play...
Let me start by saying that the price of greens fees through golfnow.com is affordable. The course is very soggy though, and there is standing water in a lot of bunkers. I had to play "lift, clean, and place on most fairways. Golf carts have made deep muddy tracks in fairways close to the greens. Maintenance is very minimal. Some places on the course it is hard to see where rough and fairway meet. To be fair, we are in our rainy season, but I would say there is little or no drainage. The layout of the course is long and challenging with multiple doglegs. Over all, my experience was fair.
Not what it used to be
Course is in need of care. Eastwood does not drain good so that coupled with golfers driving pretty much anywhere they please makes for a course that looks like a drag strip. Shame....this used to be a really nice place to play. Would recommend based on challenge level.
My favorite course in the area.
Played the course when it first opened, over 20 yrs ago. Recently rediscovered it and cannot overstate its' transformation after the natural growth of the flora. It's a completely different course.
