Hilton Head National Golf Club

This was a good SC course with above average greens. Well kept, putted true, not too fast but quick the day I played.

Kicked off a trip with a round here. Glad we did...the course was in good condition, greens ran true, and the pace of play was excellent. The staff was very friendly as well. We will be back the next time we're in the area.

The course was in pristine condition. Staff very friendly, carts have gps, greens are some of the best I've played. Even though it was early spring and the weather had been dry, the course was lush green. Don't miss a chance to play if your in the area, won't be disappointed!

Ryan & Vince in particular made me appreciate the service the golf club was offering before I even went out. The amenities of the club house and range were excellent as was the food in the club house. The course is superb when you consider it's a public course and the hammer it must get.

The pace of play was good considering I played on my own as it was not possible to find a group who needed me. The greens and general condition are a credit to the greens staff. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Great course with an awesome layout. Greens were in great shape and the pace of play was great. We played on a Friday at noon and had no issues with pace. Golf carts are fitted with GPS which makes finishing yardage easy, but sometimes it will restrict you from driving in the rough at time.

Generous fairways and excellent firm greens. Some tees a bit scruffy, and fairway grass good to very good. Lots of straightaway par 4's that look and play alike. Pace of play was excellent, slightly less than four hours in carts. 90 degree rule for carts was a bit of a nuisance and seemed unnecessary as the fairways were pretty firm. Very friendly staff and marshals, nice informal cafe.

Have played HHN a few times over the past five years and it's always a nice experience. The course is always in good condition, the greens were very nice today, pace of play was perfect. I would recommend HHN for a nice relaxing round.

Beautiful Course, only comment is that bunkers need sand.

Good price for what you get. Greens rolled well. Suitable course for low to high handicappers. Different club selections off the tee. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Great experience right from the check in to the completion of the round. Friendly staff and the cart girl was by us several times. Course is in good condition with exceptional greens. Pace of play was very good and the variety of holes kept it interesting.

Pay $100 on the island or drive 20 minutes to play a beautiful course for half the price. Don't get sucked in to the cheeper off island courses, pay the little bit extra and play here. The fairways are over seeded, the greens excellent, the tee boxes are grassy not dirt. Your fairway shots will be off spungy grass not dirt so your club face will not bounce and you won't skull the ball.

This course was just beautiful to play and we were so lucky to have an uninterrupted round in perfect weather. Each hole was different and we were hidden from other golfers. Millionaires' golf - definitely . Go out of your way to play this one.

I enjoyed my round at HH National. Greens were in super condition. They did a great job of hiring at the golf shop the young man I worked with when checking in had great customer service skills. Pace of play was slow on the day I played and this would be my only complaint. I'd definitely play HH National again!
