course in very good condition considering this is the hot season 114 today. Excellent value for $39 including outstanding Sunday Brunch after our 3 hour round. Cart, and range balls

Beautiful course and surrounding. everybody i had encountered with were all very nice. will play again.

Heritage Palms is a great semi private course that is always good condition - nice members and friendly staff .

Fun layout

Tremendous value. July 4th in the desert and the greens are in excellent condition. Played as a single in 2:20. (I confess to hitting a second ball a couple of times)

Played the course for years and have never been disappointed in Course condition.

Played in 100 degree sunshine. Course in good shape. A few greens bumpy, most good. Should be more drinking water around course. Most holes surrounded by homes but loads of room. No gps on carts. Nice bunkers good sand. Probably 4.5 stars.

This was my first time playing here; but,, it will not be my last. The course was in great condition for the time of the year, summer, with temps in excess of 100 degrees daily. The sand was wonderful in the bunker, water was beautiful in the ponds and creeks. It was a wonderful place to play.

I would recommend this course to all ages and level of play.

This time of year the price is right. Non descriptive course in very good shape. Few holes are that interesting. Wouldn’t pay the winter rate which is much higher. Couldn’t get lunch after round at 2:00 pm.

This course is very forgiving but also had some challenging holes. Really enjoyed it and we will play it more frequently

The pace of play is awesome here. We were a threesome and played in 3 hours 20 minutes! We had groups in front of us and behind us, so we weren’t the only ones out here. Fairways and tee boxes are in great shape. The greens have just been punched but they were playable. The staff is very friendly. When you park your car, they come out with a cart and put your clubs on it and you’re ready to go! The restaurant was open after the round, so we could enjoy our company some more. Unfortunately, many courses close their restaurant too early this time of year and you have to go elsewhere, so they are losing revenue. Very enjoyable round, overall!

The course is in great shape,. It in a beautiful community, very scenic!

Great value. Pleasant staff, nice track. Been wanting to play it for sometime. I've been missing out. We'll definitely it play again.

Went a sunday morning, so included a great buffet breakfast.

Never quite got the hang of the greens. Dont look hard, but was surprised too often.

Very nice course and great value. 3 1/2 hours to play 18 holes in a foursome. I would recommend this course. Not to difficult.
