Wolf at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

Driving north on 95 we were asking if we got “punked” by giving this course a try. One would swear the wasn’t a golf bourse within miles. But then we saw the clubhouse and we were there! A great course layout and everything was in perfect shape! What a great experience!

I only gave this course 5-stars because I couldn't give it 6. What an unforgettable round from the moment we pulled up to the bag drop right up to dropping off our carts after the round, we were met with kindness and professionalism by every member of the staff. Played with a little bit of wind (although from what we were told, it was a fairly mild day on that front!) which made for some great shot adjustment when changing direction. Course conditions held up wonderfully, greens were QUICK but fair. What stood out to me was despite being in the desert on what most people would describe as flat terrain, you would hardly notice any other golfers aside from the ones playing the same hole as you, truly a great resort feel on this course. There is a wonderful variety of hole designs, the par 3s being my favorite. There is no denying the course is tough, Dye-abolical even, but there were golfers of all skill level out there and nobody seemed to be disappointed, just a fun course that can really test your mettle. I look forward to returning in the future to play Sun and Snow, and if I get a chance I'll take another loop on The Wolf.

This course is always challenging, fun and in great shape.

Overall this course is beautiful with great views and definitely a challenging layout. My biggest issue is it’s nestled in a valley that is always windy I’m talking 25+mph gusts that really hinders play. I think on a calm day it would be great. Be prepared to lose a lot of balls if you can’t keep it on the fairway. Greens were immaculate and extremely fast. Course was in excellent shape and practice area is very nice as well. Unfortunately I don’t think I would want to play here again unless the wind was dead that day

If you haven't gotten out to Paiute, stop wasting time. I played the Wolf yesterday and I'm still pumped up from my round. Everything to do with this place is amazing!!

This place has 3 fantastic courses. Wolf being the best. Greens are very fast. It’s only a few miles outside of town. Different than the courses in town. No trees but you will lose balls in the rocks.

That course was great. Fairly difficult but fair. The staff did a great job.

Course was in great condition . Great practice facility as well . Challenging yet fun . Wonderful views of the desert mountains
