Wolf at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

Fantastic day. Played by myself, played two balls so not getting hung up by group ahead of me. Staff was friendly. Make this a must play when in Vegas. Worth the cost. Played another course of the three here last visit. Next time I will play the Sun for the trifecta.

Spacious, interesting layout that is fun to play. No inter joining fairways, good condition, fantastic views, good quality rentals (m2). Greens a little slow with quite a few unrepaired pitch marks (starter should remind everyone).

Very peaceful and enjoyable round.

I played the sun course last week I was very happy with that course, I was told that the wolf is even better so I came back to play the wolf, I was not disappointed. Beautiful layout, little bit of everything you'd want in a course.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first time playing Desert golf. Pauite is an outstanding venue.

From the breakfast buffet cooked to order and Bonnie in the bar ripping it out of the English guys to CJ in the Pro Shop and all the guys at the bag drop and around the course nothing was too much trouble.

Course layout was excellent. Really enjoyed it although it tamed me rather than the other way.

Greens were good following tining and dressing two or so weeks ago and all in all a great experience, highly recommended and well worth the ride out of town.

For this time of year when all others are over seeding this was in great shape

Course is in great shape. Great course layout GPS with hole layout would help first timers. A bottle or two of water would be nice too on a hot summer day. Would have been an easier day had I known where I was hitting the ball. Nice layout and bit of a drive from the strip.

Even end of August fairways and greens in very good condition!

A good half hours drive from LV with very quiet surroundings.

Highly recommend. Fairways excellent and so are greens. Greens putt very well but watch out reading too much break, there isn't much.

Even as a Vegas local, I don't make it out to Paiute very often, but have played all three courses a number of times. The Wolf is definitely the best of the three and I would recommend it to anyone visiting town on a golf trip or anyone serious about golf.

Our round today was nice. It was insanely hot as it normally is in the summer, but the course wasn't too crowded and we finished the round in under 4 hours. This is a surprise because the normal pace of play here is 5+ (which would be brutal in 110 degree weather.

Course conditions were great as always. Greens have to be some of the truest in the entire Las Vegas area. Well manicured and very few (if any) divots were present. Fairways, bunkers, tee boxes, etc. were all pristine.

Round was $72 a person for the local rates. Still pretty pricey compared to some of the other high quality courses in the area, but still worth it.

The course is definitely a good challenge, especially if you play from the tips. Although, I have never seen the tee markers in for the tips. Not sure why. We played the furthest back tees there were for the day (blacks) and the course was still over 7000-7100 yards i think. Shot a 78 with a bogey on 17 and double on 18 to finish the day. Will definitely return!

Great course, generous fairways but plenty of trouble. Staff was friendly and bag assistants did an outstanding job. Obviously hot but pace of play was good so we finished in about 3 1/2 hours. I recommend this course and hope to play if again.

For a desert course in 100+ degree temperatures for the past 2 months I have no idea how they keep the grass so green and lush. I was amazed by the course conditions, especially the greens. I especially enjoyed the par-3 15th hole island green. Highly recommend playing this course and cannot wait to play the Sun & Snow Mountain courses.

Our favorite in Vegas. Great pro shop. Fast pace.
