Wolf at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

One of the best courses in Vegas area. Three great courses and people are great.

The views were great, the course was in fantastic shape. The undulations everywhere made the course challenging but also fair.

The greens were smooth and lighting fast.

This is the best course I've played in Las Vegas. Great layout and just challenging enough to make for a fantastic round of golf. The pace was perfect and the staff was very professional. It was definitely worth the money.

We looked for an off strip winner and found this one. Easy, beautiful drive about 30 minutes from the busy strip tucked away inside mountains - it was wonderful. From the cart drop staff to the cart staff - everyone was wonderful. The course was immaculate. So playing again!!!

From the first tee at "The Wolf" course to the last 18th par 4 hole, this course was a blast to play. The weather last Saturday was cold, but the wind made it feel much colder. We weren't prepared for the poor forecast, (weather guy had things flipped between Sat & Sun), so that made the enjoyment level drop off a bit.

All in all, we were matched up with 2 strangers, but by the end of the round, we were all friends. The course design was challenging, having to hit straight & far off the tee box is a must. Rough terrain and some of the longest, fairway hugging sand traps I've ever seen were present on many of the holes.

The course was in great shape for this time of year. Fairways could have been a little softer, but the greens were smooth & nice, plenty of undulating read challenges.

Looking forward to playing again next year!

Very nice course layout and conditions however the wind was atrocious making play difficult. Pace was slow as well.

Wolf course of Paiute Golf Club is beautiful and well maintained course.

I loved this course and definitely come back.

We played on a very cool and windy day, so this added to the challenge. The 'Wolf' course is a great layout with on island green and many challenges. Enjoyed the course very much, but not the weather that day. We would play this course again. Make sure that you leave lots of time to drive out so you are not rushed, as this is out of Las Vegas to the north west and if you are in the strip area, traffic can be a factor. Food was excellent, but took a little time to get.

I've played both the Wolf and Sun Mountain at Paiute and enjoyed both tremendously. Wolf is probably a tad more difficult and slightly better layout (especially in the windy conditions I played in), but for roughly $100 or less, you can' t beat the value, conditions, or layout. For my money Paiute & Royal Links are the best affordable tracks in Vegas, and throw in Wolf Creek if you want to drive the hour.

But highly recommend Paiute facility overall, and the Wolf course is the pick of the litter.

Super windy day at the Wolf. Got out early, and the wind never stopped blowing through our afternoon re-round. The course layout was great, most holes are laid out in their own area, and you can't see the other holes. Makes you feel like you are on the coarse alone. Nice feeling. Greens were fast and true. Enjoyed the overall experience and the challenge from the back tees is a lot of work ! Would play again.

After finding the course through a GolfNow Hot Deal my expectations were high, based on pictures of the course. I was not disappointed!

Though it was February and I expected the course in less than top condition, I was pleasantly surprised to find perfect fairways and greens. The bunker sand was wet but still reasonably playable.

This is definitely a target golf situation. If you don't have reasonable control of your shot direction, play another course!

The course layout is the ultimate pleasure, each hole is different, beautiful, challenging and fun!

I highly recommend the experience.

I've played Paiute a few times and always enjoy it. I love desert golf and going to Paiute where they have 3 courses is a treat every time. Staff is great all around. You will not be disappointed if you play here. If the wind is up, it will challenge you on every hole. Played the Sun course and Wolf this trip to Vegas and it will not be my last visit there.

Nice layout but windy the day we played and the greens we're so fast and so different downwind and upwind, that's been hard to adapt. The breaks we're not evident, despite that a good round. We played as a twosome so a lot of waiting.
