The Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables sits next to the beautiful hotel, an architectural masterpiece that was modeled after the Giralda Tower in Seville, Spain. Donald Ross designed the course in 1925 and the traditional layout has retained all of its original character. The golf course weaves through a series of canals that used to carry guests along in gondolas. The canals run alongside the lush fairways while towering banyan trees frame the elevated greens. Offering views of the historic hotel from nearly every hole, there are carts available but the golf course is worth the walk. The layout is popular not only for its historic scenery and verdant setting, but also for its playability. Over the years the Biltmore has been host to a number of professional golfers and celebrities ranging from Babe Ruth to Tiger Woods.

Biltmore won’t disappoint !!

Very nice course since the renovation. Green are in perfect condition and the rest of the course was in good shape considering the amount of rain that the area has had.

Biltmore

I’ve been in Miami 14 years and I do not recall a time when their greens were better.. they were 11 and flawless. Some of the best greens I’ve seen all season.

Biltmore

For the price you pay, I'd expect them to keep the pace of play a bit better. There were groups moving in and out of holes all over the place on a Saturday

Greens were in great shape.

Great Day!

A rain of approximately 35 minutes didn’t put a damper on a great round of golf. Great wide open course to play while on vacation.

This course has is solid

I always enjoy playing Biltmore. The practice area is great and the putting green is a true challenge. The course layout is unique. The greens have recovered nicely from being punched a month ago and the fairways are mostly consistent. There’s a few bad spots In the fairways and rough where rain might have affected. Overall this is a fabulous course to get to play!

Classic

The layout here is really solid. You must watch for fairway bunkers that, depending on which tees you play, will haunt you! Pace of play was perfect. The greens were slick with the grain and noticeably slower against, as it should be. They could've been a little better well maintained, but it's 105 every day here now, so they get a pass on this part. Bev guys were great. They brought me some food from the inside as I had not eaten and the heat was getting to me by the back 9. Price was a little inflated, but it's The Biltmore...will def come back and play again, yes, even in the hot Florida summer!

This course is in great shape. Greens have recovered nicely from the last aeration. The St. Augustine rough is ridiculously long in several places for its lushness. Lost 2 golf balls that didn't stray far from the fairway resulting in spending too much time looking for them.

Played as a single behind another single. No one behind me for several holes. Played in 2 1/2 hours.

Biltmore golf course

A fun layout with great conditions under Normal conditions - today the greens had been aerated

So they were substandard - but that has to be done

The only problem with this course is slow okay

They allow people to walk the course and this is a big course with long stretches between tees

First it takes a long time to walk and secondly by the 13th hoke walkers get worn out and really really worn out if it is hot

They should not allow walking during busy play
