About
The Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables sits next to the beautiful hotel, an architectural masterpiece that was modeled after the Giralda Tower in Seville, Spain. Donald Ross designed the course in 1925 and the traditional layout has retained all of its original character. The golf course weaves through a series of canals that used to carry guests along in gondolas. The canals run alongside the lush fairways while towering banyan trees frame the elevated greens. Offering views of the historic hotel from nearly every hole, there are carts available but the golf course is worth the walk. The layout is popular not only for its historic scenery and verdant setting, but also for its playability. Over the years the Biltmore has been host to a number of professional golfers and celebrities ranging from Babe Ruth to Tiger Woods.

Range in NOT included and after paying for range balls you get to hit of mats.
Ranger is useless pave of play unacceptable for the price they charge
Best avoid it’s tons of other great courses out here
Ok Course
Slow play and no Marshall or prompting on the GPS about keeping up.
I would not pay full pice to play on this course is it is not worth it as there are many bare patches but the greens were decent.

Paired up with a great guy and good golfer from NH. Played in three hours with no wait. Course in good shape greens just a bit slow andhard to read. Good value thru golf now!
Nice views
Classic layout with picturesque views of the Biltmore. Nice true greens. Good value with hot deal. This course is a must when in MIA.
First time after renovations
Course was renovated in late 2018. Added new bunkers especially in the fairways that make accurate driving more important. Expanded some greens and added more contour to others. Definitely made the course more challenging. The course and greens were in excellent shape even though there were heavy rains the previous day. Only downside is the cost. $102 for Coral Gables residents, $130 for Miami-Dade residents, $200 for everyone else. Only play here when I can get a Golf Now Hot Deal.
Commerce comes first
We are members of Granada Golf and are staying in Coral Gables each winter. We wanted to experience big brother but it was a terrible and unexpected disappointment. Apparently it seems that course managers are allowing groups of unexperienced golfers on the course ( four or flve flights) on prime time, thus causing major delays for those who want to play a decent round of golf. It is unacceptable not to inform players about this ahead of booking and offer no alternatives such a start on hole 10....
Money seems more important than sports. We will never come back again, though it will remain a pity being neighbours.
Average
Nothing special. Would definitely not be anywhere worth it if you paid full price. Course moved well as I don’t think anyone plays it cause it’s too expensive. I got a “hot deal”.
Great course
Course in very good shape greens were air rated however putting was good. Greens will be great within a few days.
