This Ted Robinson Jr design just minutes away from The Strip measures 6,757 yards from the tips and features 68 white-sand bunkers and enough water hazards to make you wish you brought your beach towel.

Chimera Golf Club will test the skills of low handicappers, but four sets of tees make it accessible to novice golfers. Overall, Chimera Golf Club is an enjoyable, entertaining round of golf in a truly beautiful setting.

Clubhouse:Chimera Golf Club’s centerpiece is a spacious 31,000 square foot Old World Tuscan Village which features a golf retail store, a pub and fine dining restaurant as well as banquet and meeting facilities. Greens are almost unplayable

Greens are really bad on the front side. The bunkers are hard as concrete. They need sand. Very disappointed in this course.

Very nice course

The course is great for people starting out. The tee box and fairways are forgiving and allow you to keep your ball in play and keeps you away from looking for balls in bushes.

The greens were a little rough but the staff explains this was a service time of the year.

Careful on the 7th hole if you hit white balls. The right side of the hole blends into the driving range and you’ll have a hard time finding your ball in that area.

I will definitely be back to play here again soon.

Very Confused

We had to wait for our golf cart we were told they were just busy. Was given a cart minutes before teeing off. The practice range is in poor shape we hit of DIRT which was OK cause the balls were in really bad shape. They looked like 10 year old range balls. We notified the Pro Shop via GPS message screen our battery was dead on the 15 hole only for the cart to die in fairway on 18. Had to call pro shop and it sounded like I was bothering them. The greens had some grass but a lot of dirt patches. Some of the holes were right in the middle of a dirt patch. Not sure why they didn't place them elsewhere. It's sad but will never go back and that use to be a great course to play.

A lot of disparity on the greens. Diseased and hard to putt through. As the course heals, go with the expectation of having a good time with company.

Bad Look for The Course Right Now

I’ve played this course several times and I’ve enjoyed it. The course has always looked awesome but on this day the greens were one of the worse I’ve seen in quite a while. Watching your ball bounce all over in route the cup isn’t appealing at all. If you book try calling first to get an update on the greens before you go. It’s worth it to wait until the greens are in better shape.

Horrible greens

Love This Course

Love to play this course and yesterday was no different. The heat is starting to affect the greens but that seems to be true everywhere this summer. Great group, not too busy (due to the heat) but the course was still well kept and played well. The staff was great as usual.

Worst greens in the valley

The worst greens I've ever seen in Vegas. Not playable at all and no warning was given. Tee times are way to close together so it takes forever. Will not be coming back

Greens are trashed

Chimera is a fun layout. The fairways and tee boxes are in good shape. The greens have a fungus or some other type of disease. Grass is very patchy and bumpy, with large areas that are basically dirt. They're growing the grass longer, which means the greens are also slow.

Fix the Greens Please

Overall a nice course with good driving range and friendly staff. Course conditions pretty good besides the greens. It’s like you’re putting on gravel with all the dirt spots all over every green. Hard to count an actual score with greens this bad. Also, sand traps are all wet and unplayable and might as well be hitting out of mud. I probably won’t play this course until the greens and traps are playable.
