Wolf at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

Found a fantastic rate on golf now. Played in the afternoon & conditions were pretty windy for 90% of the round . Weather was warm so it wasn't too bad. Friendly starter. & Marshall. Course was in really good shape, greens were a bit slower than the practice green & subtle slopes made it tough for me to do better than 2 putt every hole. Still had a great time.

First time to play the Wolf.Great condition and fun.MY wife really enjoyed it.Several sets of tees for easier play for high handicappers.Course was in good condition,but the day we played the winds were really high.Will play again.

I have golfed here 6 times one of my favorite in Vegas, well ran and kept up great, lot of people working here to accommodate you.

It's always a treat to play the wolf. Greens rolled true. Extremely challenging with 30 MPH winds

To say it was windy is an understatment. I had to practice on the range and aim 30 yards to right, hit it straight and let wind take shot opposite direction. Had to hit in wind and then on a few holes, got to hit with the wind. With wind....360 year drive within 5 yards of the green...whohoooo. Was a fun day. Hope to play sometime with less wind but from what I hear that is not regular unless you play early in day. Was great course and fun day.

This course was a great value at $103. Conditions were excellent and it was about 30mins from the strip.

The whole course was excellent. Mother Nature was out on full force that day with big wind. We played the whole 18 holes because it was that beautiful. We even went back and did one of the other course because we enjoyed it that much. The staff were at the top of their game and were near perfect. I will definitely go back to this course.

I played the Wolf course yesterday and I was impressed. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the time I dropped off my clubs till I picked them up, everyone was great. The course was in amazing shape. I was really impressed and will definitely play here again.

Everything was top notch. Fairways were plush and greens rolled true although a bit on the slower side.

Great layout and course was in excellent condition except for the sandy greens which were disappointing. Given that, was a bit pricey.

This is a great test for the better golfer. Course was in great shape. Greens had been recently punched, but very playable.

Everything about this facility was fantastic but holders should've advised that the greens have been punched and sanded and green fees should be discounted accordingly. With 54 holes you should not have to force holders to play in sanded and punched greens. IMO.

Very nice facility, plenty of practice areas and scenic views. Course played fairly fast, no real waiting. Nice layout with challenging holes amplified by the strong winds. The locals called it a "breezy day", 20-30 mph winds isn't my definition of breezy, but I'm sure it's all relative.

My only complaint was the GPS system was very small and of little value to me, was more less a digital display of a scorecard drawing- with yardage to the pin, and that's it.

I would definitely play again- wind or not!

Excellent course, very we'll manicured. The only drawback today was that the greens had recently been aerated & sanded over so putting greens were not that good.

This is a very nice course and would have loved to play the two other courses. ( Sun and Snow). All greens were spikes and sandy. I was not told and would have appreciated being told before booking and/or playing by the staff. NO one told me. Very nice lay-out. It was very windy so it made it a bot challenging playing from the Black. Fairway, bunkers were all in good conditions. Played in 4.5 hours, finished at approx. 18:20 and the Pro shop was already closed.

I had heard nothing but good things about the Paiute Golf Resort, so this place had a lot to live up to. Played the Wolf course and it was outstanding. Wish I could have made it back to play the Sun and Snow courses as well, but those will have to wait until the next time out. The conditions at this course are the best I have experienced in the Vegas Area of about a dozen courses I have played over the last few years there.

The only drawback of a five star day was being paired up with a guy who had to play the tips and shoot 90 from there along with his wife who had to putt out on every single hole even if it was for a 12, just brutal. We lost sight of the group in front of us on the third hole never to be seen again. In my opinion the Marshall should have split my group into (2) twosomes. Myself and the local could have finished an hour earlier, literally.

This course is a fun challenge. From the fairways to the undulating greens it's a great test. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The course was in great condition and the 16th hole is worth the wait!

Staff in golf shop was friendly but receptionist was having a bad day and let you know it. The practice facility was nice but nothing exceptional. The course was in overall great shape greens were a little dry due too the constant winds. The fairways are wide greens are small not many blind shots into the green. For the most part the winds were a constant 10mph with gusts to 20-25mph. I can live with 10mph but unfortunately the island hole was the one with winds gusting into us at 25mph. It seems the later in the day the winds got stronger so play early if you can afford it. We didn't eat the food so gave it a 1 star for no rating. Overall I'd play it again a solid 4 star.

The course itself was magnificent - absolutely great golf, great views, one couldn't find a better course anywhere...but ...

Aside from Phil behind the bar, the staff at Paiute was rude at every opportunity. We arrived 1hr early in order to warm up, and 15 minutes into range-time the starter came over and sarcastically asked if we thought our games would get any better, and shouldn't we be on the tee now. The valet's were rude, the pro shop was indifferent. Only Phil at the Bar and Bob, the course ambassador, were even remotely nice. I don't have to drive 30 miles and pay $170 for a round of golf, but I chose to. I will never set foot on this property again, there is an abundance of desert golf and I'll choose to go somewhere that my money and time are appreciated.
