The Biltmore Golf Course

Typical fine Donald Ross layout. In good shape for a public track. A bit of a resort course but with some challenges. Very enjoyable day!

Have played the course as a Miami resident 20yrs ago and also as a visitor. It is a nice course but the non resident fee is way too high for the level of course at the Biltmore.267 is insulting. Honestly, I was embarrassed as I brought a guest from Westchester and we were perplexed over it.

Also, considering that all of the once good Miami muni courses are now crowded with "bros".

Otherwise, the greens were very good, fairways good, speed of play good.

Nice course with plenty of challenging holes. A bit over priced but there is not much else in the area.

Golf course in great condition. Best its ever been. Congratulations to the Maintenance staff.

Disappointing round at The Biltmore whilst visiting Miami. Staff were friendly enough, but for the price, the facilities / what you actually get when playing here is below standard. Hot humid Miami day, yet no drinking water in course other than buying water from the beverage cart. No ice box in the cart. Three holes under construction (not informed of this) so play involved dump trucks and roadworks. Annoyingly our cart was still playing “cart path only” and hence getting around the construction was at times impossible due to GPS locking our cart. Course layout is also pretty unimpressive. Nothing of the standard of Turnberry and similar courses nearby (Miami Shores, Normandy).

Course was cart path only and the weather was brutally hot and humid. The starter didn't do a good job of sending our twosome off. A group tried to jump our tee time and he spent >5 minutes talking with them. Then he let a twosome of members go out. We were delayed about 10 minutes. Just before we teed off he asked that we join the twosome.

Cart guy did not speak very much English. Found out the hard way that he had to go all the way back to the clubhouse to get us hot dogs.

If we paid full out of state rate this would be off my list of courses to play. The Hot Deal made it worthwhile.

I had the worst and most humiliating experience at what was supposed to be a 5-star place! I came here with my wife, who is not a golfer, paid the out-of-state ridiculous rate for a mediocre course and when I asked to have my wife ride with me, they said the head pro Ken does not allow wife-rider, I told them I will pay full green fee for her, they said Ken will not allow it! I do not know where that Ken worked before, but when someone on honeymoon pays a full rate for a round on a second-tier course with sanded fairways and greens, and he wanted to pay the same for his non-golfer wife to ride the cart was refused! this so-called head pro should find a different job in none customer-oriented field! To add insult to injury; we had late lunch there and the food was DISGUSTING!
