I brought 3 friends & we all enjoyed the day. The sand traps were difficult to walk out of , but not difficult to play .

Great price if booked on golfnow. Course is in fairly good condition with fast greens. Free beer if you write a review. Gorgeous clubhouse and general architecture.

Course is one of a kind in FL. Away from the hustle, but will be built up at some point. Challenging pin placement with plenty of sand. Good deal online but wouldn't pay full price, if you can snag a deal it's worth it

It was great. Stay out of the bunkers at all costs!

This was my 3rd time playing the course.
The course maintenance is much improved.
Helps to play with someone that knows the course. There are some blind shots and would recommend you drive up to view the green.
Avoid sand traps, but they play well.
Enjoy the views.

A round of golf can't be more enjoyable and challenging.

Course layout was well above average. Conditions were a little dry and not fully greened but still played well. Beverage cart takes cred card only so be prepared for that. The view from 18 is worth the wait. May be a different experience as the houses start to go in. As of 3/2015 there were only a handful of homes built but plenty of open lots. Staff was awesome. Didn't treat us as "non-members".
Well worth the $100 rate we payed.

First off, the stonework of the roads, walls & buildings are amazing. I can't even imagine how much that cost. Even the road you drove up to clubhouse was made out of expensive stone. Clubhouse/restaurant/catering hall seems like a villa somewhere in Italy.

I got a 2 some round for $50 each on GolfNow. Seemed like a steal. Course was beautiful & fun. Although your score might not be pretty. Sloped hills, long, narrow fairways. I will say off to the side of many holes it looked like it was still under construction, but the holes themselves were well manicured. Tons of these massive sand traps all along every hole, almost impossible to avoid. The greens are fast, many are hidden from fairway & when you get there many are sloped themselves. That all said, looks gorgeous & was fun to play, although difficult. Next time I'm in town I would like to play again

We found this course through Golf Now...entirely by chance. Intrigued us and we managed to get a small discount which made it appealing. It completely blew our mind. Layout is amazing from top to bottom: course, facilities, F&B. We enjoyed it so much we returned two days later and paid the full $125 feeling it was entirely worth it. Greens just a touch sandy but still very fast and clean. I had a massage at the Spa the second visit - also entirely fantastic! Can't wait to return to this amazing course. Just wish I could afford a membership (and a home on property!).

First, there is only on negative thing I have to say. The pace of play was extremely slow. 5 hours on a late Tuesday morning. To be fair, the starter warned us that it was slow.

On to the course. Perfect conditioning, fast greens, and an absolute challenge. I loved the course. It makes you think and plan out your game.

Atypical of Florida courses, there is quite a bit of elevation change and no homes! Amazing! With the atmosphere you truly feel like you're in the middle of the Italian country side. reminds me of vinaterra in eastern Virginia. Highly recommend playing. Bring your A game.

Clubhouse is great, staff is great!

Visually stunning but extremely windy. Small and tricky greens and many many deep bunkers. This course will test your skills. Keep the ball low and avoid the bunkers if you can.

All this course needs are a clown's mouth and a windmill, and Sir Nick will have found a way in incorporate every gimmick imaginable into a golf course. Please understand, we had a memorable day at this very nice resort (fantastic clubhouse, pro shop, and locker rooms), but the golf course was a bit over the top. Multiple blind shots, slanted fairways (away from the dogleg into a deep bunker from which you cannot see the green), ubiquitous sand traps, roller coaster greens, false fronts, good shots punished, often times ALL on the same hole. That said, it's really fun if you don't keep score (at least on your first playing).
So , at first you are taken in by the luxury, the great views, the excitement. By the end, you realize that it was never about you, it was about Nick and his own self indulgence.

The course was excellent. The bunkers definitely define the course.

The greens are in excellent shape, scenery is a lot different than most Florida courses. There are challenging blind tee shots with heavy sloped fairways, and many bunkers strategically placed. I consider this place a must play for all Florida golfers.

excellent staff, they were there to greet me and take my bag, at the end of the round Scott took me to my vehicle and wiped my clubs down and invited me to come back which I will. Practice facility was set up prepared and very professional in appearance. The bunkers and greens were an accurate reflection of the course conditions. Starter was at the first tee and very knowledgable of the course, I kept seeing Rangers all day long checking the pace of play and stopping by to say hello. Pace of play was excellent. I originally played this course because of the reviews I read on it, I had to travel 45 minutes to get here and would do so again. The course design is really above reproach. It was also very nice to not have to worry about the lies on the course since it is so well maintained. I'm already planning my next trip out there.
