Course Highlights
Heritage Palms consistently delivers exceptional conditions with fast, true greens and well-manicured fairways that rival top desert courses. The straightforward layout, friendly staff, and outstanding value make this a course worth adding to any regular rotation.

About

Holes 18
Type Semi-Private
Par 72
Length 6698 yards
Slope 128
Rating 72.1

The mountains are close enough to touch at this Arthur Hills design. Heritage Palms measures 6,698 yards from the back tees.

Four lakes are featured on the course, which is very green for a desert design. Hills contrast the fairways against the mountains and the desert in the distance, but this is very much a resort type course.

The par 3s are particularly inventive. This isn't one of Hills' tougher courses. It offers average hackers the chance to have a largely anxiety-free round. As long as they don't get too carried away with club selection.

There are a number of dogleg holes that force you to think before firing away. Just hitting as far as you can is an easy path to trouble. It's the shot after the shot you're hitting that must be thought of.

Pieces play was extremely slow

I typically love this course. I like the layout I like the staff I just like the course. But today is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. First 91 well. Then when I caught up to the group and corner, took 3 1/2 hours. They were super slow didn’t care about anybody else. There was no one in front of them. And no Marshall to move them along. This really soured me.

Very nice staff

I thought this was a very fair course for average golfers, including women. Challenging yet not so difficult that it is not fun

Fun and Forgiving

If you're looking for a nice course with a nice ease of play, this is a good spot. It doesn't have too many challenging aspects, which is good for a relaxing day on the course. The entire course is lined with homes on both sides throughout its entirety but there is plenty of grass to hit. Not too much water, decent amount of bunkers to make it interesting, and a good length from either the white or gold tees. Couple of tee boxes have a nice mountain view but it's nothing that will take your breath away. I found a "hot deal" on golf now for like $60 in late May, towards the cooler seasons I would pay up to $90 or so - overall I had a great experience, would recommend and likely will be back.

Excellent condition and layout, will come back!

A nice welcome at the clubhouse and warmup at the driving range sure started our day great! Came back to the club house to buy a putter. Good selection and price. They said they would match prices, nice.

All grass course with wide open fairways. Very well kept up and the greens in great shape.

Went to clubhouse to have some drinks after play. Overall a very nice day and will come back.

Great course

First time playing here and was not disappointed at all. Ourse was fantastic. Wide fairways and the ourse was in excellent shape. Pace of play was good. Finished on 4.5 hrs and only waited a handful of times at the tee box. Pro shop staff were very friendly as well. Definitely coming back here
