Sun Mountain at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

The course was plush and green. Great shape. Great layout. Greens rolled true and fast. Played all 3 courses in 2 days. Tough course but fair. Had a great time and staff was nice and friendly

The course is awesome. Great layout. The course is in great shape. I got paired with some great guys. It absolutely sucks to have to pay more than 2x as much as them because I live in another state. I would go back there every year, but can't afford to with those non-resident rates. I would buy gear from the pro shop. I would've eaten lunch there. I would just feel a lot better about the place. I wasn't giving them another dime though cause I felt robbed paying $75 more than the locals.

Kinda pricey for non resident $160. Unfortunately they do not provide Veterans discount. We played the morning Saturday and they were some super soggy spots and hole 16 fairway was flooded and grounds crew was out with hoses draining. Will probably be cheaper to stay and play somewhere else for non residents. Played with other local veterans and they only pay $90, hard pill to swallow!

I played both paiute snow and sun. If you are in Vegas, it is 100% worth the 30 minute drive to play here. It's on a reservation, so they do not have any water restrictions, making it plush and beautiful everywhere. Snow has amazing views from the entire course. I highly recommend playing here during the

summer over any of the other courses in the area because it will be the best conditions, having no water restrictions.

We were hoping for a well maintained, somewhat difficult course. Sun Mountain exceeded our expectations. Tremendous course. Outstanding greens, lush fairways, beautiful beach sand, and great employees. If we had stayed in Las Vegas longer I would have definitely tried to book a time on the other course. If you have a chance to play this course, take it.

I’ve played a lot of courses around Vegas—including TPC Las Vegas, which is usually my go-to—but Paiute completely exceeded my expectations.

The course was in pristine condition from tee to green. The fairways were lush, the greens rolled true, and the overall layout was both challenging and fun without being overly punishing. But what really stood out were the breathtaking desert and mountain views—it felt like every hole had a picture-perfect backdrop.

Facilities were top-notch. From the clubhouse to the practice range, everything was well-maintained and clearly designed with the golfer in mind. Staff was friendly and professional, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere.

For the price, there’s nothing that even comes close to the value you get here in the Vegas area. It’s hands down the best bang for your buck—quality golf at a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere.

I honestly loved it more than TPC Vegas, and that says a lot. This will definitely be my new must-play course every time I’m in town. If you’re debating where to play, don’t think twice—Sun Mountain at Paiute is the place to go.

Staff was friendly and helpful for a first time player. Course was in great condition. Pace of play was a little slow, but not the fault of the course staff.

Great condition but gosh the weather was bad… also the course was pretty empty ahead of us and they pair us with other people. Dislike that very much.

Played the Sun at 11:30 and finished 18 holes in 3-1/2 hours. The course is in excellent condition. Never had any workers or sprinklers on. The Greens were also in excellent condition. Most golf courses in Las Vegas have a water restrict ion and I assume Paiute does not. Don’t waste your money elsewhere. This is the place. There are 3 courses to choose from. Book on GOLFNOW. My wife and I were paired up with another 2 people. Never waited on one hole. Best golf in Vegas.

Slow play - obviously over booked course. A group in front of us was ridiculously slow. Just not a fun round.

The golf course is in great shape pre-aeration. Course layout is challenging and beautiful. We expected wind and it blew about 10-15mph Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We started around 12 and finished in 4 hours 10 mins. Pace of play was fast. I highly recommend Pauite and will play again when I return to Vegas!
