Snow Mountain at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

45 Minutes from my house in Henderson to the Paiute Golf Resort. Wish it was closer..

Everything went smooth. Had to rent clubs which were very nice. Play here every time I come to Vegas. Always in immaculate shape. Love !!

Absolutely zero stations to fill up water on the entire course. Only one bottle given for the entire round. Other courses put out coolers full of bottles, have refill stations, or coolers. It's a fabulous course and a wonderful facility but they cheap out so much on water. Drink cart came around on hole 7 and 15 and charged us for water. The bar after the round had small cone cups - seriously?

Cart GPS was also cheap. Small screens, no distance from the tees, no slopes for greens. Just how far you were from the flag. No out-of-bounds areas mapped out on the carts and no signs on the course. Carts had one cooler. Towels were provided though.

It's out in the middle of the desert so there are wonderful views but it's very windy which can make it challenging.

The course is immaculate - even in late June. There is so much seeding on the course - no dry spots. The rough is a good 1-2 inches thick. Course is extremely well watered. Greens are smooth and very fast. Bunkers had light but compact sand that was watered too. Maintenance is the star of the course.

Wish there was more shade. Zero trees and no place to escape the heat, and without any water there's no way to cool off.

Course was a little backed up which was surprising for a course with 10 minute tee time intervals. We were waiting just about every hole on the back 9.

Course in great condition, fairways impeccable greens held but still fast

Superb condition, great practice facility! Would love to play it again when the wind isn’t blowing at 30mph. It was a tough day but had a great time. Will definitely be back! The whole facility is first class!

My Wife and I played Sun Mountain with our good friends and had a wonderful time! Sun Mountain was magical, the views amazing. Course was in wonderful shape and constantly challenged us. We will be back again whenever we are fortunate enough to return to the area ! George and Mary G.

Do not play on a windy day. It was pretty windy when we played and miserable. Unbelievable slow play and no marshal. We were disappointed. 3 groups on every hole. Took nearly 3 hours to play the back 9.

Having previously played Paiute Wolf and Snow courses under challenging windy conditions last year, I was delighted to return to Snow Mountain this year for a round without the wind. What a difference it made! The absence of wind transformed the game into a thoroughly enjoyable experience, allowing me to fully appreciate the beauty and challenge of the course without battling the elements.

One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding condition of the practice area. From the well-maintained driving range to the meticulously groomed practice areas, every aspect of the practice facilities contributed to a fantastic warm-up session before hitting the course. It was evident that the staff at Paiute Snow Mountain Course take great pride in maintaining top-notch facilities for their guests' enjoyment.

In summary, my round at Paiute Snow Mountain Course was nothing short of exceptional. The perfect course conditions combined with the well-appointed practice area made for a memorable golfing experience. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or a casual player looking for an outstanding course, Paiute Snow Mountain Course delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.

I intentionally booked the Paiute for a quiet getaway from the Vegas strip . I paid reluctantly, $280 for that treat. On the first tee, we were greeted by swarms of black flies . On the first green it was apparent the greens had been recently punched and had not completely heeled. Nothing noted on line this course had been shut down for the last month to regrow. The final delight was the constant drone of a small plane overhead for the entire day giving flying lessons with no concern for the golfers. Nice

The course was awesome the greens had been recently plugged and sanded which is totally understandable but otherwise was great

The Snow course was in perfect condition. Greens were medium-fast. My only gripe is that by 4:15pm when we finished, the Pro shop was closed. We couldn't play another 9 nor could my friend buy merchandise.

Course conditions were excellent. Greens great speed and consistency. Maybe my favorite all around course. The water holes are intimidating and very memorable.

It’s the best value in Vegas for golf. Bar none. This is the place to golf. Trust me. You’ll be glad you did.

My only complaint, and it’s a tiny one but to me it matters. You gotta have a hot dog for less than $10. I don’t want my hot dog wrapped in bacon, and I don’t want chips. Heck, I’d be fine with $8.

I wound up going down from the dining room to the turn shack and buying one from them bc the dining room has bacon wrapped dogs. $10 is too much. Otherwise, restaurant has great breakfast, the staff is good, and the courses are all spectacular.

Played this course on a golf trip with others. Despite my poor play, I still loved this course. The grounds crew has done a marvelous job maintaining the course condition despite a lot of play.
