Great course layout with beautiful views of the desert.

Beautiful course, nice layout. Gorgeous fairways and greens! Will be back!

Course conditions were immaculate. Several groundskeepers were hand watering around the greens during the mid afternoon August heat, and there was not a bare spot to be found in any of the fairways, tees, or greens. Rough was lush, thick, and penal. I played the tips, and the holes into the wind were extremely challenging. My wife played the reds and had a great, low stress, round. Greens were fast, firm, and smoother than pool table felt. The views of the mountains and surrounding desert are spectacular from every hole. The facilities are top notch, drinks are strong and reasonably priced, huge pro shop with all the latest gear, and great practice facilities. Every staff member was tip top and extremely friendly. I can’t wait to come back and play one of the other courses! This is one you want to come back to play again and again. Kudos to all the Paiute staff; thank you guys for a really fun desert golf experience.

Played Sun Mountain as a part of an annual golf outing. Guys at the bag drop were friendly and efficient. The course conditions and layout were excellent. It was windy, which I hear is pretty standard. We had a post round lunch in the dining room which was pretty nice.

Overall, the course and amenities were great. It is close enough to the strip to be well worth the drive. Recommended.

Besides enjoying a spectacular desert setting on a beautiful and challenging Pete Dye venue, I enjoyed being accompanied on many holes with several roadrunners who reminded me of mini velociraptors from Jurassic Park. I visit Las Vegas every four or five years, and I would rather play the three courses at the Paiute Golf Resort on my trips than any other courses in the Las Vegas area. Of course, if invited, I would certainly play Shadow Creek, too.

There are four tees to choose from including the black/tournament tees at 7112 yards to the red tees at 5465 yards at the other extreme. The yellow tees are 6631 and the whites come in at 6074 yards..Two of my favorite holes are the par 3 4th and the par 4 18th hole where water can easily come into play. The fairways are magnificent, and in all the years I have been playing the Paiute courses, I have never had a bad lie in a fairway. Once you have tried the Paiute Resort courses, it is hard to play anywhere else.

Consistently the best golf experience. Course is always in great shape, and the amenities are great. Practice facilities are amazing too, compared to other locations. I recommend calling ahead to make sure you don’t book a tee time behind any “tournaments” and pick one of the other courses, if so.

Love the resort style atmosphere, courses are awesome it was 98-106 degree but finally the breeze was just enough to make it enjoyable usually it's 20-40mph winds when we have played before. Only thing I was disappointed in was that I wanted to play more at 3pm but was refused due to lack of openings on course just dumped $400 and they didn't want more.

Still a favorite and will return

Everything about this place is top notch. We will definitely be playing at one of the three Pauite courses every time we come to Vegas’s.

Was in Vegas for a few days over the weekend with the family. Played Wolf and Snow a few years ago. Came and played with my 15 year old son. Started out perfect weather. Not too hot, not windy, perfect. Then Rain, Wind, Thunder, Lightening.

Would love a rain check if possible for me and my son. Will be back.’

Phenomenal experience. Greens are some of the best you’ll ever play. Play it and enjoy it!
