About
The Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables sits next to the beautiful hotel, an architectural masterpiece that was modeled after the Giralda Tower in Seville, Spain. Donald Ross designed the course in 1925 and the traditional layout has retained all of its original character. The golf course weaves through a series of canals that used to carry guests along in gondolas. The canals run alongside the lush fairways while towering banyan trees frame the elevated greens. Offering views of the historic hotel from nearly every hole, there are carts available but the golf course is worth the walk. The layout is popular not only for its historic scenery and verdant setting, but also for its playability. Over the years the Biltmore has been host to a number of professional golfers and celebrities ranging from Babe Ruth to Tiger Woods.

Golfer Reviews
We were expecting more from the BIltmore
Not a great course for the price. Paired up with a twosome that played very slow.
Wonderful golf course
Green condition was very good.
I played comfortable .
Great old course
Overall course was excellent, greens were outstanding. Lot's of holes where having played here before would have been helpful.
Challenging course
I was very surprised at how challenging the course was from the blue tees. The course is littered with bunkers that must have ball magnets in the bottom. Normally I play the white tees (their blue yardage) but I had to move up because so many shots depended on the drives. The greens were fast and true. I would play again at the $105 rate but not $200. Very nice course and the hotel was pretty to look at on many holes
Beautiful golf course
This is a beautiful golf course. The fairways are wide enough to be somewhat forgiving. The greens are well manicured the roll is true.
Thank you, Donald Ross.
Classic course architecture, inviting fairways, true greens, friendly staff and a discounted,"Golf Now" rate helped to make this a memorable father / son golf outing.
Not worth the money
I was very excited when I found a great rate for this highly rated corse. This corse has an average rate of 200 per round yet you still had to pay to hit balls on the range also the greens were like playing on concrete very tough to put and hold
Good choice if discounted green fee
Wide open uninspired layout - good condition - extra $ for practice balls ??? If paid full price would not be happy.
Love course
Can I get discount coupon if there is a coupon but love course
holiday treat
classic design on a historic property
greens in very good shape
fairly forgiving for those who miss the fairways
lmbgolf
Good course. Conditions very good with fast greens.
Great shape
probably one of the best courses in Florida. The staff very friendly and ready to assist you! Well recomended.
Great Layout
Great variety of holes in a classic Donald Ross layout.
Condition is good for a resort/public course.
Biltmore - Enjoyable course
A good course for any level of golfer. Wide fairways and not too much trouble if you stray off the tee. Greens are reasonably well protected and a good read is necessary to putt well, so still a challenge.
biltmore
excelent course, very busy on saturdays, no complaints at all, nice greens, nice fairways, nice golf cars w/ gps
Where the GolfNow customers are not king!
During a recent trip to Miami I was looking for a course to play, and based solely on GolfNow's recommendation I drove down to the Biltmore. The course was not the issue, but the fact that my tee-time was moved up 30 minutes to accommand the local college's alumni scramble, along with not having cart services for the full round in the Florida sun ~85 degrees.....was total not acceptable. Would I play this course again.......?
Great golf experience
We were paired in a foursome and everything was absolutely great. Pace of play was fast, we were not waiting and all the staff at golf facility are real pros. As a golf facility, I think it is a top rank in Miami area. I read some compliments on
19th hole. Needs some staff management and food could be better, but over all great experience.
