Snow Mountain at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort

Took advantage on a sale price to play Snow course. Came early for breakfast with my wife who also played. No wind today but still purchased a wind breaker in the store at the club house. ( to Management, offer a good price to play your course, many of the golfers com out and fill up your restaurant and buy stuff at the store). Called a win win in my book.

Course was in phenomenal shape. Great pace of play. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Views were amazing. Will be back.

We want to book again and try the wolf and sun mountain course.

Any chance to play at Paiute, take it, any true golf lover will never regret it. Best value in Vegas.

This Pete Dye design was a delight. While not as quintessentially Pete Dye the greens reminded me of every Dye course, fast and they can hard to read if you're anticipating a big breaking putt. What gives this course a sixth star is the incredible mountainous vistas of massive alluvial vans contrasting with this challenging course. The winds today added an additional 10 strokes.

Everything is top shelf. You cannot go wrong by playing st Paiute.

So peaceful, serene. Well laid out golf course in the middle of the desert....no traffic noise or houses. Great separation by the desert from other fairways. Felt like we were alone on the course until we caught up to the foursome ahead. Pace was good.

Course was in great shape with fast, true rolling greens. Lots of roll on the fairways with yardage markers every 50 yards + cart GPS. Staff from pro shop check-in, to cart girl, to starter, to marshall are super friendly and are most willing to help. All around great day with lovely scenery.

Great experience all-around. The course staff from the front desk to the outside services were very nice and accommodating. The courses are tough if you miss fairways when you get in the desert areas but I was fortunate to find my 3 shots that went into the waste area.

The greens were fast but extremely fair. The maintenance team does an amazing job keeping the grass despite the desert conditions. The attention to detail with grass up against event the cart paths really stood out for me.

The only tough variable that I didn't have is wind. If the wind was heavy when I played it would have been really challenging.

PLAYED SNOW ON WEDNESDAY TO GET READY FOR WINDY KAPALUA THIS WEEK. WHAT WE GOT INSTEAD WAS A PERFECT DAY, NO WIND, AND A GOLF COURSE IN ABSOLUTELY PERFECT CONDITION, AND A 3;45 ROUND.

Three 18 holes of golf in the middle of nowhere? Why not. Played on a Wed AM during Thanksgiving week. Fun layout and well kept. Greens were little sandy. Of the 3 tracks, Snow is my fav, just challenging enough but still keeping it fun. Few risk and reward holes. And not every green is elevated like the Wolf.

Love Piute. Always a good time. This is the first time playing snow course. Really enjoyed it.

No words can describe. All I can say is.... First Class in every department! Must experience!

Played here as our final course on a golf vacation and definitely saved the best for last. It is about a 20 minute drive from downtown LV and is in the middle of nowhere. From the bag drop to check-in to dealing with the starter, everything was top notch. The course was in fantastic shape with even the rough being green (as opposed to other courses we played where the rough was dormant). The greens were quick and consistent and rolled true. The bunkers were the best we played on our trip, with soft sand and no rocks in them. There is a great range with unlimited balls, as well as a practice chipping area and putting green that matched the speed and roll on the course. The course was very fair with a lot of holes daring you to cut off some distance, but paying the price if you didn't execute. We will be back again (and trying the other courses there) on our next golf trip.

Long drive but worth it. My favorite courses in Vegas. Always in great shape.
